Effective software for sharing and submitting forms between companyies and teams

What do you like best about the product?
The form that submits in sheets is helpful for getting information from other subcontractors
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many items. overall enjoy the system and it serves it's purpose. I would like to be able to have a form populate a pdf or excel cells so I don't have to collect information in the sheet and copy it over to a form.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet offers the familiarity of a spreadsheet with additional functionalities such as reports and dashboards. I am able to flexibly create new tools for different problems for various stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Support has been very difficult to work with. When I submit issues I usually get canned responses that don't address the core of my problems. When I go back and forth with their support team, a different team member responds each time. I don't feel that they ever really get to the core of my support problems.

I often find there are little bugs that I run into that get annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows for collaboration across teams, and with the use of it's premium apps like Control Center, standardization for PMO's to issue project tools. I mostly use Smartsheet to aggregate project level data at the portfolio, and visualize data to help communicate to executive level stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it can be built like Pivotal Tracker. So our company becomes more agile.
What do you dislike about the product?
We did have an instance where it was down, but that is very rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business is starting to track workload and work frequency completion. Now that we are tracking work, c-suite wants reports to see how everyone is doing which is great than just trusting everyone with emails.

Smartsheet has a lot of different ways to create and set up a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the grids are not as clean as the others and that is due to how the information gets processed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has made it easier for us as a company to collaborate with other departments and keep the flow of the operations seamless.

I enjoy the ease of use of Smartsheet and different kinds of features.

There are certain advanced functions (e.g., available on Microsoft Excel) that do not seem to apply with Smartsheet.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet allows you to track equipment status in real-time. Whether equipment is on-site, off-site, or scheduled for delivery, everyone stays informed with up-to-date information. Overall, Smartsheet simplifies the complexities of equipment tracking, saving time, improving efficiency, and reducing costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced features like formulas and automations can take time to learn, it also relies on internet access, which can be an issue on remote sites
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using Smartsheet to manage our heavy equipment on-site—skid steers, excavators, water trucks, you name it—and it’s been a huge help. The formulas make it easy to call equipment on and off-site and notify vendors right on time, which has saved us from a lot of last-minute chaos.

It also tracks and forecasts costs effortlessly, so we always know where we stand and can plan ahead without surprises. It’s super easy to use, and our team picked it up quickly. Smartsheet has made managing our equipment simple, efficient, and stress-free

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet training & template sets make it simple enough for someone without any Smartsheet experience to get started, and as soon as you understand everything it's capable of, it's all you'll want to use! Creating forms and using dashboards are my favorite and they are perfect for maintaining consistency & consolidating information from multiple office locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would prefer more formatting options similar to Excel, Word, & Power Point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has allowed me to create easy-to-use forms for remote staff members to provide the information I need, within specific parameters that I am able to set. The information from those forms allows me to apply specific workflows for task assignment and provides visibility to project status and/or timelines.

What do you like best about the product?
That it is set up similar to excel but with more capabilities. The templates provided so that you are not re-creating the wheel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better training resources; how to find them. Maybe AI picking up on what you are trying to do and provide suggestions based upon the capabilities of SmartSheet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing a project with others and seeing in real time what has been accomplished and what still needs to be done so the timeline and budget is maintained.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a paltfrom where you and multiple other people can work on the same document and it is pretty seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there isnt more customizability within the grid plan section
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves us from having to send the same Excel file between a group of people

Great tool for QA feedback

What do you like best about the product?
We are using the Smartsheet form feature to send it to numerous stakeholders so they feedback us issues they spotted. It helps gather all the feedback in one, and it is easier to tackle them, prioritized, assigned, and sort them.
What do you dislike about the product?
the way the folders are made is the not the most easy to understand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For big events, more person is willing to help QA, so we needed to find a way for them to share their feedback of potential issues, and for us to deal with numerous feedback and be able to tackle them.
The form is the best tool for that, and the sheet allow to organize the feedbacks, comment and put a status on each issue.
