Impressive, Must-Have Tool for Any Workplace!
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet training & template sets make it simple enough for someone without any Smartsheet experience to get started, and as soon as you understand everything it's capable of, it's all you'll want to use! Creating forms and using dashboards are my favorite and they are perfect for maintaining consistency & consolidating information from multiple office locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would prefer more formatting options similar to Excel, Word, & Power Point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has allowed me to create easy-to-use forms for remote staff members to provide the information I need, within specific parameters that I am able to set. The information from those forms allows me to apply specific workflows for task assignment and provides visibility to project status and/or timelines.

That it is set up similar to excel but with more capabilities. The templates provided so that you are not re-creating the wheel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better training resources; how to find them. Maybe AI picking up on what you are trying to do and provide suggestions based upon the capabilities of SmartSheet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing a project with others and seeing in real time what has been accomplished and what still needs to be done so the timeline and budget is maintained.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a paltfrom where you and multiple other people can work on the same document and it is pretty seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there isnt more customizability within the grid plan section

It solves us from having to send the same Excel file between a group of people
Great tool for QA feedback
What do you like best about the product?
We are using the Smartsheet form feature to send it to numerous stakeholders so they feedback us issues they spotted. It helps gather all the feedback in one, and it is easier to tackle them, prioritized, assigned, and sort them.
What do you dislike about the product?
the way the folders are made is the not the most easy to understand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For big events, more person is willing to help QA, so we needed to find a way for them to share their feedback of potential issues, and for us to deal with numerous feedback and be able to tackle them.
The form is the best tool for that, and the sheet allow to organize the feedbacks, comment and put a status on each issue.

Smartsheet is easy to use and great for collaberations. When someone makes a change the sheets update quickly

Easy export, clean, organized, easy report format, easy dashboard creation

In the dashboard, some tables and charts are hard to format or be created intuitively

What do you like best about the product?
I use Smartsheet every day in my job. My team also uses it frequently. The biggest upside of using Smartsheet is that it is collaborative. It is also helpful that you can link various sheets together through formulas. The multiple templates, especially the reports, dashboard, and Gantt charts, are also beneficial. I have not had to contact customer service directly, but I did find that there is a formula template guide you can download and this has been helpful to me in creating formulas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet does not have as much functionality as Excel. The parent and child rows function is not easy to use and editing one row can too easily affect many other rows. I wish it had more options for fonts and font tools as well, and I wish there were a spell check function.

Smartsheet is the optimal spreadsheet software
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how user friendly Smartsheet is. The first time I used it, I picked it up immediately, it feels very familiar. On top of that, I love the flexibility and capabiltiies of Smartsheet. It has so many features that I wish other spreadsheet software could adopt.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the end of the day, Smartsheet is still a spreadsheet software. When there's large amounts of data to review in a spreadsheet, it can feel overwhelming and confusing at time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smarthsheet helped my team stay organized and centralized our project management activites in a single place to be able to share and collaborate with other stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
Really great app for creating project schedules. Creating a basic schedule is easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm out of my depth on some of the more advanced features, such as assigning action items to team members or general resource management features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows my firm to generate design schedules for projects. It's an intuitive, simple app with low learning curve for this purpose.
