Very Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Like the automation and ability to move things into one location.

Some elements are restriced and need to get a special license.

Allowed us to create a intake process for our project management and provide realtime updates to our team

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is an excellent tool for decision-making based on data and trends. Its intuitive interface and powerful features make it easy to organize and analyze large amounts of data. The ability to customize the tools and dashboards for our different department uses is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
We heavily use Smartsheet day to day, but it can be "buggy" and slow to refresh data frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our ERP system is lacking features that would make collaboration easier across departments, Smartsheet solves that for us.

I mostly love the fact that smartsheet is an excel tbale which allows you to email cells in and have the update request functions,

so far nothing everything wrok as much as expected

What do you like best about the product?
This tool helps our team stay organized and on track. We use it for all campaign planning and our Marketing calendar as well as budget and PO tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not as clean and fresh as other tools like Asana, and it can be a little clunky to use. Would be great to be able to attach documents, images, etc vs just linking them.

It helps us be transparent with stakeholders and stay on track.

Smartsheet is a great and powerful tool used in our project management office every day.
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is extremely flixible and can be used in so many ways. From kanban boards, to project management ghant charts, to document registry. The uses are endless. We use this tool every dayand it is very easy to learn and implement new sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Addons are very expsensive. Some advanced features are limited or locked behind an addon.

Smartsheet is solving multiple problems and helping us to manage projects in a steamplined efficient way.
I find smartsheet very helpful for collaboration and organizing data.

Many people can access and use the sheet without lagging or crashing. It makes it easy to visualize data.

So far I haven't found anything that I dislike.

It helps keep project managment and task management in one place.
Smartsheet is easy to use once you truly know its power!
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has a lot of great functionality - mainly in building timelines, tracking resources and workflows. I love the multiple views and how it ties each functionality on the back end to other sheets. Makes it really easy to use and not have to duplicate work. I use it daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that don't exist, which I'd love to have implemented. Mostly in timelines: being able to not show calendar views with dates that cross over weekends without having to manually update the days of the week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By having multiple ways to build and view timelines - thus making manual updates in other systems obsolete!
