Smartsheet has been very helpfful with organizing our projects chronologically and financially
What do you like best about the product?
I like the auto-save features and how easy it is to share and access between multiple different people kind of like a very advanced Google Sheets
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything major off the top of my head. Maybe if it had more formulas like excel that would help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is helping us track and see every single part of our project and budget more efficiently. It helps our company stay on the same page and up to date with changes because it is a live document. It is also easy to create Gantt schedules on here which is very helpful

Easy to use, and I like that I can export data into SFDC too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is too easy to configure things that make it hard to use.

Project Planning
Great tools for project management and planning
What do you like best about the product?
Its a great tool to use to manage your project as it is very easy to create your schedules and share it with your teams. I love how it make it so easy to collaborate and adapt/tailor it to the need of your project. This definitely helped me and contribute to the sucess of my projets.
What do you dislike about the product?
It great for collaboration and tasks management but it would be great if it we can have more feature to make it more AGILE and SPRINT friendly. Right now I have created my backlog in a list and managed, calculate the KPIs manually, it would be great to be able to edit and calculate it automatically.

A one stop tool for work and task management that provide easy collaboration with your team
Great tool for Project Planning
What do you like best about the product?
Usability and simplicity of this tool makes it easy to start using from day1. It has all the features you need which any other Project planning tool would have to cover complex scenarios of project planning as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Gantt chart option could have an easier representation

Task dependencies, task tracking and completion, responsibilty and dependency planning.
Useful and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to share across multiple teams/depts and relatively easy to use. It has many use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as nimble or flexible as things like Excel and not as intuitive for creating formulas.

It provides on space where everyone can collaborate. It allows for better organization.

The fexibiliy of the prgram and the ease of sharing with team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes doing formulas can be a bit complex. It will be helpful especially for beginners to have a formula list available for basic how to's.

No offline capabilities, no option of uploading of videos on to Dashboard.

It is very every to use and can be shared easily, giving great collaboration

Coordination of a project, and tracking across the entire team
Reliable, easy to use, and convenient tool for our data-heavy work
What do you like best about the product?
We use Smartsheet to collaborate on spreadsheets. It's reliable - we have a 6-year old spreadsheet with thousands of pieces of data that our team has updated on a weekly basis and we've never had any issues with the website crashing or data not being saved. It's easy to use - one feature I haven't seen with other similiar tools is the ability to submit new data to a sheet via a Smarsheet Form. Lastly, it is convenient to be able to work on the same sheet from anywhere since all you need is a web browser, so it doesn't have to live on one specific server or device.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides that I can think of. We enjoy using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team shares work duties between several people, so this is a necessary tool to use to solve the problem of multiple owners of a project.
Also, it is reliable. Sometimes, other similiar tools can crash if lots of data is put into them (I won't name names of what tool I am talking about! ;) )
