What do you like best about the product?
Data can be easily shared with other collegues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to sort fields is a frustration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows me to share my reports and provides the ability for others to update notes.
Smart sheets great for Education Outreach Programing
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet's has a lot of power and support. They have been able to help us get in line with organizing our data collect new data and get our data into dashboards so that it is easily sharable. They have many online tutorials and helpful staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
We on occasion are not able to do a specific task , and they are a bit expensive. We spend 500$ dollars per year on this software and that money could be spent helping underserved childern advance toward carees in the STEM field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has smooth remote access to our data, It allows us to process large sets of data that might get bogged down using our desktop computers. It has many cloud capabilities. and it has user support options that help us get our tasks done.
I enjoyed the organizational benefits and user friendly platform.

How easy it is to maneuver and the different ways to organize information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The slide bars can be hard to access when using a sheet.

Project management such as tasks and due dates.
Smartsheet has a simple and intuitive user interface that makes learning the platform less daunting.
What do you like best about the product?
The data shuttle is my favorite feature, as it's simple to configure and allows us to automate a majority of our analytic needs through attribute mapping and various different functions.

Some dashboard widgets lack customization.

Smartsheet allows us to compile and organize data for analytical purposes which improves business efficiency and makes for clearer decision making.

the ability to create customizable dashboards provided a clear overview of project progress and performance metrics.

There is a bit of a learning curve to fully understand all the features and how to navigate across them.

Mainly project management. We were able to start scaling our projects and better collaborate.
Smartsheets is a powerful project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Smartsheets. I have always thought that the program helps me keep super organized. I use Smartsheets daily to keep track of all of my current client projects. It is very ideal to have everything in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little delayed when other team members from my office are using the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheets is a very helpful tool I use to track all of my projects for my interior design firm I work for. Smartsheets lists all of our current product orders and its a program we use daily.
Exceeded the expectation
What do you like best about the product?
in our team we utilize smart sheets to automate processes that were managed manually (like PTO´s requests and reminders)
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not as friendly as I´d like, I used to have Google Sheets and the comparison of UI´s tends to favor the other one, but spreadsheets win the utilities aspect

Automation of email reminders and calendar management, it allows us to have a better organization of our workforce.
Flexible and Accessible tool for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a dynamic tool that is user-friendly, and easily configurable through templates to facilitate project management tasks such as scheduling, action item tracking, testing and other key tasks. Ongoing customer support and updates provide increasing use cases and functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a small learning curve to adopt the tool, and your entire team needs to have access for it to be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Smartsheet mostly for project management, scheduling, issue logs, and action item assignment.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that paid and non-paid users can both collaborate on the sheets together. This is particularly helpful when working cross-functionally.

Its collaborative capabilities stand out, enabling seamless communication across teams, from marketing to product, CX and operations. The platform's intuitive interface makes it easy to create, assign, and track tasks, ensuring alignment on goals and timelines.
We can also have separate trackers feed into a mega-tracker which was easy to do with Google sheets.
Love that I can bring in jira tickets easily!

I wish building dashboards was more user friendly, but I am sure if I spent more time with available Smartsheet courses, I could figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is solving several key challenges for our team, particularly in managing complex GTM projects with multiple stakeholders. It eliminates the chaos of scattered communications by providing a centralized platform where all teams can collaborate in real time and keep eachother accountable. This ensures that tasks are clearly defined, responsibilities are assigned, and progress is transparent to all. It also allows leadership to jump in and scan through.
Excel on Steroids
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheets is like Excel on steroids. It is able to hold all of our data, while we are able to link multiple sheets together then to provide great dashboards for our customers to use to get updates at a glace
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet can at times be a little slow. It can take a while to initially load, and if you leave the tab to get some data and come back to the tab, it might refresh and take 1-2 minutes while it is loading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize Smartsheets to store our in progress data, then provide a dashboard to the cusotmer so they can see the current status of the Fleet and Equipment
