Seamless Setup, Limited Calculations
What do you like best about the product?
I value Smartsheet's ease of setup, making it simple to integrate into our operations without any hassle. I appreciate how it enhances communication across our organization, providing real-time updates that keep everyone informed. I find the ability to create and share dashboards particularly beneficial, both internally and externally, which assists in broadening our collaboration. The platform's search functionality is impressively useful, and its capacity to integrate information directly onto our website is a massive benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike Smartsheet's limited ability to perform calculations. It's something we encountered early on, where we expected Smartsheet to handle certain calculations that it simply couldn't execute at the time. The insufficiency in this area persists, as I still find the allowance for it to perform more advanced calculations lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet solves communication problems by enabling real-time visibility across the organization, improving overall efficiency. It benefits us by allowing easy dashboard creation and sharing, as well as embedding content on our website.

Ease of use all projects can be viewed in one Dashboard and easy to update/amend

changing the timelines of a project,lack of multiple tabs in sheet, limited customization

Previously used to review projects and updates via slides each week now everything can be updated and implemented in one place for all of the team

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Smartsheet makes it easy to collaborate with coworkers on projects. The dashboard feature is also really cool as it provides a visual option for data. We use it a lot for project tracking and the features to see when the different pieces of the project are due, in progress, etc. is really helpful. I use Smartsheet daily!

I dislike how complex some of the formulas and advanced features are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows us to collaborate better as a team to improve workflow and project management. The calendar feature is helpful to see deadlines and dates as well.

We can send and track the email through smartsheet. Besides, the interface of smartsheet is easy to find the function I am looking for.

very practical tool to create and manage projects and work resources
What do you like best about the product?
Very friendly and nice to manage and work with, many useful features that help to follow up projects accomplishments and can be accessed by several users to analyze the information and make project decisions. I use it frequently to run several tools that have been adapted and integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Capability to store data, it is needed to create reports or sheets from time to time due it gets to storage limit.

Access to databases and approvals workflow.
Useful and Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the automations and the ease of collaborating with others—it truly makes a significant impact on my daily work interactions and supports some of our organization’s most efficient processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could stay logged in for a longer period, so I wouldn't have to log in every time I open the site.

This tool helps us communicate and keep track of changes in our data, acting both as a messenger and a tracker so we can review past updates when needed.

I appreciate that it offers multiple features to improve the organizational process.

It is not as user-friendly as I would like, and using all of its features can require more extensive training.

I can easily receive submissions from clients and efficiently organize information from multiple clients.
Smartsheet is a great versatile product that can be utilized across many departments.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how customizable it is. The AI chart creation feature is something I really enjoy, as it allows us to easily add visualizations to our dashboard. This makes updating stakeholders much simpler. In our organization, we use it every day for more than just project management; we rely on it for creating forms, tracking transportation schedules, and managing approvals for purchases and inventory. Although the initial implementation and integration were slow, once each department learned about everything Smartsheet can do, it quickly became our preferred tool for fast and straightforward solutions—tasks that previously would have required help from our IT department or other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the new payment model that has recently been established. What once did not require a paid license now does; however, the per-license cost has also decreased.

Managing multiple projects at one time and keeping everyone informed of the status of projects, along with the ability to provide quick updates to the larger team.
