What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a valuable tool for organization and automations. Smartsheet is easy to use and has a wide range of functions that make it an impactful and beneficial tool for my day to day tasks at work. I use it daily, and am uodating smartsheet multiple times a day to collaborate with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike about the product, and genuinely have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving visibility and access to thousands of campaigns and their details to my entire organization.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many options for organizing and running your desk with Smartsheet; different teams are able to customize what they need precisely for particular projects. Workflows and communication makes collaboration easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
For any who are not strong/suited toward worksheet style formats, Smartsheet might require more of a learning curve. Creating forms, for example, requires set up as a sheet, which might be a little intimidating at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a fully virtual work environment, Smartsheet brings together the workflow of my teams. From software and technology implementation projects, to change management, to simple day-to-day task management, Smartsheet provides the format and fuction of project and portfolio management for my teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it organizes everything in an easy-to-see format. I like that you can change views and add any columns you need. It's a very flexible tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could filter by selection as sometimes there is a lot of data in my sheet and I want to narrow it down by selection and not a specific filter that I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It notifys clients of deliverables that need to be due by sending reminders instead of us having to remember when each deliverable it due. It also shows when the deliverables are running and what needs to be submitted.

Project timeline development and planning - easy to plot timings as a team
Simple and effective
What do you like best about the product?
After spending over a decade using microsoft project, the simplicity and effectiveness of smartsheet with it user friendly interace enables me and my team to be a lot more efficient in provding timely and succint updates. I also like the business process and documentation templates which are readily available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The login authentication of the web app adds extra time to my day.
