I use Smartsheet for timeline development
What do you like best about the product?
I like that is lays out timelines in a neat order, and has a function to update all rows below if a date above changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way where it could notify you of all your to do's across multiple timesheets

It is solving my resourcing problems and my day to day managing of projects

What do you like best about the product?
Your spreadsheets are no longer siloed and data can be pulled where needed into other sheets or reports. Perfect for team collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not excel therefore takes some getting used to and trial and error. It is a pity you cannot have tabs like in Excel and you cannot pull data into other sheets in a flexible way (Columns to rows etc)

Project schedule, tasks, % complete. Reporting on single project and then accross portfolio. Client collaboration

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use as a field data collection tool as well as a resource management tool/scheduler and it is helpful for that.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about smartsheets are the ease of use and dashboard features. My team often utilizes these features to display data/ changes for major projects. There is a great number of features that is easy to access and helpful to translate information for other people!
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that is challenging about smartsheets is the difficulty in rows and type. When the column is selected in type it changes it for the whole column and automatically applied. This is unhelpful in some cases that need to differentiate cells within a column.
Additionally the automation between cells is not always automatic. It sometimes lags a bit or is slow.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheets assists in management and organization of tasks. It is nice to to be able to select priorities, importance, and sorting when looking at tasks. Prior to smartsheets, I would have trouble sorting when to do each task by deadline and importance. It is also helpful to use when working with others and delegating tasks.
Additionally, when comparing information and using to contrast differences, it helps to utilize smartsheets columns to keep track of different characteristics; especially the checkboxes.

Works great for work collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty easy to use. Automations are nice. The best feature is the ability to attach documents to each line and have conversations as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formulas are weaker compared to online excel, survey and forms options are also limited. I wish everything was auto-saved without the need to click the save button.

Collaboration with the team - recruiting, onboarding, HR spreadsheets.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has assisted with my team's content management process. Smartsheet trackers and reports are shared with colleagues and stakeholders to facilitate execution of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cumbersome to copy multiple cells and rows of information to non-smartsheets.

VERY EASY TO USE, STRAIGHTFORWARD, INTUITIVE TOOL.

IT DOES NOT HAVE A CAPACITY MANAGEMENT TOOL FOR THE PROJECTS'S RESOURCES.

A Team-Friendly Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is perfect for interactive teams! It’s easy to learn, keeps files organized in folders, and allows simultaneous editing. We use it daily across multiple projects, and data imports/exports seamlessly to other software. Our whole company adopted it, and it’s been a game-changer!

A flaw: not all Excel formulas are available, and we’re unable to freeze rows.

Overall great. It has all the tools needed to perform basic task or complex ones.

The way you can collaborate with other teammates simultaneously. Compared to other platforms like Google Sheets. Smartsheet runs very smoothly.

I don't like the interface that much. It could be more modern.

Smartsheet is able to integrate all of our company's operation into one platform. From acquisitions, to development, to asset management. We are able to track at what stage is each project and shared it with stakeholders.
