I use smartsheet daily at my job.
What do you like best about the product?
- It is nice being able to see peoples edits/inputs in real time.
- Setting up new smartsheet templates is very easy and the tips/instructions are thorough and easy to follow.
- Email notifications received when updates are made are quick and reliable making it possible to not have the smartsheet window open at all times or having to periodically go in to make sure you don't miss updates for collegues. Since we aer using smartsheet daily it makes keeping up with my job very managable
- We have switched a lot of our process tracking into smartsheet and the integration process has been seamless. Additionally, any problems that have arose were quickly fixed when reaching out to customer support.

What do you dislike about the product?
- The one thing I have noticed an issue with is sometimes people will put in a name instead of an email which won't send an update to your email. I would like if smartsheet could make it a requirement to have an email input
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use smartsheet to communicate with our department which is very large. Communication is consitently an issue that comes up in our meetings and smarthsheet has reduced our communication issues substantially.

What do you like best about the product?
One thing I really like about Smartsheet is how easy it makes task delegation. This has already enabled us to assign roles and make sure who is responsible. templates is a life saver, helps save time, helps us stay consistent when working on the projects. Its notifications are good to keep everyone updated on task progress without having to keep constantly following things, which has improved how we managing details smaller projects. It has become quick and sure way for making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside to Smartsheet is occasionally it takes a bit for a larger workspace to load up which can be infuriating in meetings or timelines. With quick access to certain things you need it disrupts the flow of things. The offline functionality is also very limited, and when you’re unable to get work done because of poor connectivity then it can be challenging to get access to updates needed. In less than ideal conditions, these problems can quickly lead to inefficiencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task communication is better when done through Smartsheet. Scattered emails used to mean we lost track of updates, but now it’s all in one place. Collaboration has become simpler, we stay on top of responsibilities, and this structure has helped. The notification system allows someone to actually remember to meet their deadlines. We feel it's made day to day work much smoother and easier to manage which in turn results in better project outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you are familiar with the set up it is easy to minipulate and process all information. Setting this up was quick and searching information simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
If not set correctly others can't minipulate information.

This program allows my entire team to collaberate on the information and amend where needed.

It is relatively easy to use and doesn't require a lengthy training session to start.

As an end user and not a content creater, I have no issues with the software.

What do you like best about the product?
The filters help me a lot when it comes to handling bulk data efficiently. Time consumption is reduced because of this. Also, the report-creating/genrating feature in Smartsheet is one of the most essential ones in our organisation.

Smartsheet is helping me handle bulk data efficiently. I can create filters/ reports as per my requirement. This helps me utilize my time efficiently.

Sometimes i have to reload the sheet while seraching (using find option) for a set of rows, where it is actually present but not showing at that time

Having a track of projects and forcasting the dedlines and segregating projects to team members

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet a good tool for planning and as a reference in monitoring. For lay people it is also easy to understand because the settings have been made with formulas that make users not need to create their own formulas.

The need for a high internet network to open smartsheets is sometimes an obstacle, because it takes time to access it.

Our company can put all the goals, inputs and outputs and even tasks in detail with the targets in the smartsheet template. It makes it very easy for us to manage the implementation of the targeted program
Great for buisness
What do you like best about the product?
The automation that Smartsheet provides is the best feature they have so far. It makes it so much easier to set up a workflow to send a progress update when needed automatically. Also, if you need assistance, customer service support is easy to reach out to. I use it daily and its so easy to implement your business needs.

For those that don't use Smartsheet frequently, it could be a bit difficult to learn. But once you get the hang of it it's easy.

It helps me integrate the excel sheets for business needs and makes it so much easier to share projects in real time.
Excellent tool to manage and share project schedules, dashboards and registers
What do you like best about the product?
We use smartsheet to create project schedules, registers, dashboards and other documents that we can easily share with colleagues and export to MS Excel. It's great that we can link data to different sheets and dashboards. Smartsheet also supports many easy to use functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to change font and styles in the sheets.
