What do you like best about the product?
The filters help me a lot when it comes to handling bulk data efficiently. Time consumption is reduced because of this. Also, the report-creating/genrating feature in Smartsheet is one of the most essential ones in our organisation.
Multiple people are able to access one sheet at the same time without any disruptions.

Sometimes, the glitches that occur rarely can be a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is helping me handle bulk data efficiently. I can create filters/ reports as per my requirement. This helps me utilize my time efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i have to reload the sheet while seraching (using find option) for a set of rows, where it is actually present but not showing at that time

Having a track of projects and forcasting the dedlines and segregating projects to team members
Smartsheet is simple but very functional.
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet a good tool for planning and as a reference in monitoring. For lay people it is also easy to understand because the settings have been made with formulas that make users not need to create their own formulas.
What do you dislike about the product?
The need for a high internet network to open smartsheets is sometimes an obstacle, because it takes time to access it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company can put all the goals, inputs and outputs and even tasks in detail with the targets in the smartsheet template. It makes it very easy for us to manage the implementation of the targeted program
Great for buisness
What do you like best about the product?
The automation that Smartsheet provides is the best feature they have so far. It makes it so much easier to set up a workflow to send a progress update when needed automatically. Also, if you need assistance, customer service support is easy to reach out to. I use it daily and its so easy to implement your business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
For those that don't use Smartsheet frequently, it could be a bit difficult to learn. But once you get the hang of it it's easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me integrate the excel sheets for business needs and makes it so much easier to share projects in real time.
Excellent tool to manage and share project schedules, dashboards and registers
What do you like best about the product?
We use smartsheet to create project schedules, registers, dashboards and other documents that we can easily share with colleagues and export to MS Excel. It's great that we can link data to different sheets and dashboards. Smartsheet also supports many easy to use functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to change font and styles in the sheets.

Smartsheet helps us to better manage and share project schedules and share dashboards.
Strong Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a clean and crisp project management tool. It's easy to track projects and I love the opportunity to add attatchments. There are excellent learninng webinars as well that can be used for PDUs. I found it easy to switch from one tool to this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be better ways to group teams and build portfolios. There are stronger project management softwares for this application.

It is a tool to track projects with ease and understand project status.
Guest List and Ticket Request
What do you like best about the product?
It is so helpful to have Smartsheets for guest lists or ticket requests for shows/events. In a year, I receive over 300 requests for tickets for events, and I have only had two or three mixups in the last two years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes. It is easy to use, and if you don't know how to do something, you can find out online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to take ticket request for shows and events with out sending 100s of emails.
Great product that allows all team members to collaborate on project timelines and update status
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a tool that is relatively easy to use and quick to learn. Its not too complex but a powerful tool which provides dashboards to summarize large amounts of data.
The ability to share specific sheets with people outside the organization is great because it allows us to share real time progress and urgent deadlines with our customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet doesn't provide a fishbone timeline for milestone but suggests exporting to excel to generate these charts. The timeline view is a new feature but I wish it could be presented in a fishbone format. The current format looks very messy with there's lots of items on the screen

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it automatically updates timelines based off of the estimated durations and start dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the UI is slightly outdated.

It makes it very easy to display different workstreams along with their timelines and assignees in one concise sheet.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like variety of templates and possibility to create own wons. I do like automation, which allows me to setup for example reminders. I often use dasboards which allows me to present clear overview of project status. I appreciate that project team can access it and see real-time updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dasboard features should be more robust - and have more flexibility. Also it is a nightmare to create links (connections) between sheets - it must b cell by cell which is time consuming. Basic conditional formatting is available, it lacks the depth and flexibility found in other spreadsheet tools. ALso it would be helpful to have possibility to share sheet with particular filter on to selected group of users.

It is a good platform for project management, where project team members can review/see particular documents like project plan, risk& issue log, action log etc.
