A well rounded project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The integration capability to other applications (such as Jira, Salesforce, Office Timeline Pro) help to provide extended coverage on managing projects, allowing users to get all inputs within one centralized application.
It's also easy to publish project information or comment for top management to get the details without the need to get into the application. Ease of use is definitely a plus.

What do you dislike about the product?
The fallback is the newly introduced subscription model that has taken away the option of unlicensed editor, forcing all internal editors to pay for a full license. In many cases, those users only require to enter comment only few times for a project, and it's not worth to own a full license year round.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Integrate information from Jira and Salesforce, and allow to analyse data via reporting

Very Useful for Group Projects and Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Easy to create documents that can be sent out to others, surveys, quizzes, etc. We use Smartsheet daily in our HR Office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to edit worksheets until you get the hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our group organized and prepared for the upcoming new year. Tracking submissions from associates for events.

What do you like best about the product?
All the information is live online, not like excel where people download the report and multiple reports are emailed around. I like the new features and the comments and automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a very poor implementation with Datashuttle. We weren't provided much support, and had to figureout for ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation, providing online solutions that can be fed into PowerBI
Finding a template that will satisfy my every day need is easy with Smartsheet.

Easy to use and create new workspaces. Ideally for everyday project updates.

What do you dislike about the product?
It may only be me.. I havent figured out a way to copy a sheet to a new one without having to enter the details myself.

Kepping track of projects and records of project managers
User friendly, adaptable for most projects.

I like the ability to utilize mutilple sheets to simplify data entry.

I wish linking sheets and information would connect easier, and with additional sheets. Sometimes certain rules make some data not linkable.

Stores data in a cloudbased cite that is user friendly and allows to link data from other sheets.

I love how im able to track my therapist easily using smartsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that their are not alot of font options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps me put all my therapist into a spreadsheet and im able to track the therapist and set alerts so that the therapist never misses a signature.
This is a user friendly platform that allows for time efficient data manipulation.

The automations and forms make it great for data input.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if it could allow for more line items as I would then be able to use it for other reports I use on a daily basis. Some of the options for "talking" to another sheet could be improved. For example, it would be nice to be able to pull certain cells/data from various source sheets and have them reflected on a seperate target sheet. It would be great if this data could automatically be updated once source sheet is changed/updated.

The least helpfil thing about Smartsheets is learning a new format of buttons and ways to organize spreadsheets.

Smartsheet helps me manage collaboration tasks and project timeline among two teams from two different companies. It helps me streamline communication related to timeline, deadline, and task status.

The best strenghts that come to my mind are:
- width of usage: it can fulfill a lot of necessities, from HR taks to project tracking;
- accessibility: if one's familiar with excel the learning curve is easy;

I would:
- increase customization (including colours and more fonts)
- review the user rights: extend the possibility of inserting formulas and cross referencing link on sheets where i'm not an admin
- appearance: lose corners, more rounded shapes
