Overall great solution for business leaders
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to format columns differently and the dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
No ability to format rows different the way you can in Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily tracking current recruiting and hiring efforts, terminiations, and other deliverables.
Great Organizational Spreadsheet based Software
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Smartsheets is the ability to interlink different sheets together so that a sheet can be automated to adjust the information on another sheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I don't like about Smartsheets (or maybe I haven't learned how to set this up), is that I cannot find a way to lock columns so that they can not be accidentally deleted. I can lock them so that the data can not be modified, but have not figured out how to stop them from accidentally being deleted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheets is a better tracker of tasks in my organization than excel because of the way in which the smartsheet can populate other sheets.
Smartsheet was a great way to organize my business and stay efficient.

The forms were a great way for our business to gather information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy to export informatoin with the attachments.

Streamling with SmartSheet
What do you like best about the product?
SmartSheet has helped me become more organized in handling all of the deals and properties that our company works with on a day to day basis. It's user friendly and helps me stay on top of my deadlines while also keeping an eye on metrics and deal progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formulas can often be difficult to remember and implement across mulitple SmartSheets. This is where I am grateful for the customer support, which is always available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SmartSheet is allowing everyone in our company to have an idea of what projects we are currently working on. This takes the responsibility off of me to keep people updated on the status of each individual project.
Low barrier of entry for university students
What do you like best about the product?
The spreadsheet interface is intuitive and very adaptable. It's relatively easy to generate templates that can be applied to new projects. We use it for keeping track of senior design projects at a university. Task tracking, but in time and across individuals is helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is always a spreadsheet, so the UI is not the best for those more familar with project management

Keeping track of senior university engineering students working on their design projects. Being able to see who on the teams is doing the work, and what tasks are outstanding
Smartsheet user experience as a Logistics Manager
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is user-friendly and can easily be mastered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somes features available in Excel are not possible on Smartsheet, for instance selecting multiple rows and move them at the same time.

Great platform that could be even better with a few updates
What do you like best about the product?
Great for collaboration. Easy to keep everything organized in folders
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy to integrate other spreadsheets. Also not easy to copy information from one smartsheet to another. Wish there were more dashboard features.

Smartsheet has provided a convenient way to collaborate on managing large quantities of data.
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is user friendly and provides relative ease of access to features when first learning the environment. Additionally, automation features help to manage tasks with minimal oversight from employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet seems to be limited regarding available features, so it's limited to serving specific roles. Additionally, Smartsheet does not lend itself well to project management. There is often more utility from a software like PowerBI in conjunction with Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet works well with our team as it provides a collaborative workspace and requires low working knowledge to begin utilizing. Many of process utilize either Smartsheets or forms where data is then housed on a smartsheet.
Helpful Product Tracker
What do you like best about the product?
It helps keep timelines and tasks on schedule and improves visibility. I find it easy to use and use it multiple times a week for keeping track of my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if some features could be changed by those with admin rights, but it would be nice to be able to use simple math commands in certain instances outside of the timeline. For instance, having commands for addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in prototype plans or task lists that are dependant on other cells similar to excel. That way, if a sample quanitity increases then it could update all of the dependant quantities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep track of timelines and task lists to make sure everything is being done on time.
An everyday tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly platform. The navigation and funcionalities are easy to look clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user access policies are having folks jump through hoops; and so, less clicks and navigations would shave completity.
