Smartsheets is a life saver
What do you like best about the product?
It allows for quick reference for documentation and validation

Sometime the software is a little slow to send emails

What do you like best about the product?
General user interface and simplicity for navigating within a sheet, folder structure, access provision. Notifications triggers & email formatting with notifications, links, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboards and summarizing data from other sheets within dashboards is very difficult. Better utilization of AI. Easier way to enable dependencies within project plans. Allow for different formatting options (like utilizations of headers), sometimes parent/child relationships with lists is not always user friendly in project plans & sheets.

Creating project plans, task management - this is my primary source of project planning.

There are some pograms that are hard to learn/use.

It is a "smarter" excel sheet that helps me follow up on people or tag them if i need something from someone.
Smartsheet helps my team, and I stay on track and organized.
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about Smartsheet is being able to tag people in sheets and that it notifies them via email. This helps keep team projects organized and team members up to date on the steps everyone needs to complete in one, organized location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the only downsides I've really experienced is that people outside of our main team who aren't regular Smartsheet users are intimidated by it and end up not using it. So projects with those team members look more disorganized and have files and tasks in multiple locations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem our team had before using Smartsheet was having shared projects and project materials in several locations. Even if the assets were shared among the team, it would be hard to see who updated the project materials and when. Smartsheet solved that problem by creating a central location for all of our project management materials where we can easiliy monitor material updates and communicate to our teammates via the comments section. It's simple design also helps us easily create and customize new sheets, while also being easier to the eye than other "sheet" applications like google sheets or microsoft excel.

Challenging for novices to manage work flows.

My team manages over 200 construction projects valued at over $1B. Smartsheet helps us track our internal processes so we know who has what action item, how long it's been in their court to execute, and to forecast daily, weekly, and monthly workloads.

User freindly and quick to pick up. It easy to share and anyone can make edits or changes.

Wish it had more editing options for design and customation for sheet.

is allows a smooth uninterrupted sequence of setps need to fill out needed documents that go through different hands. All steps are initated by email notfications which is very nice and helpful.
Great but complicated to understand for beginners

Smartsheet has a lot of possibilities for use, they have a lot of varieties of views and formulas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet might eb difficult to undestand at first, which takes beginners longer to get used to the plattaform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
for organization and task assigment, it easier to follow up on smartsheet thanks to all the possible columns that one can use, also this has the detailed view (in the chart) and a generalm view with the dashboards, which helps manager to take quick overviews to all the information.

What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet has limit on use of formulas in a sheet
Data shuttle is also limited to very less platforms which leads to developing multiple logics to get desired result

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me track daily logs on site, helping me keeping track on reminders via automation, also automation is helping me with new data getting added to my sheets. Data shuttle is helping me with live and automated tracking for collaboration of data sets from multiple platforms
Very good. Easy to use and intuitive.

Ease of use. Features such as utiilizing formulas for RAID logs are very helpful.

Licenses are required for full usage and functinaility.

I really like the flexibility of creating RAID logs and the intuitive functionality that comes with it.
