Easy to use, easy to organize and link data between different sheets and teams

Easy to learn , use and maintain. Smart,easy to integrate with Excels

Manage my project and tasks in a better way. Linking between the projects and tasks and assigning to users
Very nice experience, smartsheets has been a great tool to create an organized workflow.

Havent encountered any issues causing a dislike.

Folow up has always been a difficult process to create and with smartsheets my team is able to create a follow up process to stay engaged and document sales calls in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
how you can easily create sheets that talk to one another, requirments matrix can be linked to project plans, and programs can have multiple project under them linking back to the ultimate portfolio or program level. This helps easily manage imapcts to timelines, resources, and scope on a large scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
duration is programmed to be in days, our teams work off hours and this makes it very difficult when trying to programatically calculate hours based of percentages that resources are allocated to projects.

central loation for housing project management work, supports with reasource allocation across projects and management of project plans, work breakdown structures, raid logs and requirements.
Easy to Use - Keeps Projects on Track
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Smartsheet is easily customizble to your specific project needs. I enjoy the ability to quickly see what's going on with all of my projects for a specific day by utilizing different reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Smartsheet would bring back the ability to see if a resource was overallocated within the plan - without having to toggle back and forth with the resource management tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows for me to track project completion status and easily manipulate the project plan based on client need.

The ease of use of grids and templates is very helpful for keeping our team organized and connected with other departments.

I wish there were a better way to create dashboard reports without the need for helper sheets and columns.

User Friendly Technology
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is very clearly laid out. You can see information quickly, can colour code, use dashboards to present data etc. I also like the feature that you can link sheets so that information in one sheet appears in another. The forms are also really useful and I like that questions can be designed so that they only appear based on answers in pervious questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to use the full benefits of Smartsheet when others in the organization refuse to merge onto the program. It limits what features you can make the full use of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my opinion, the way the information is laid out in Smartsheet is faster to digest and makes problem solving quicker for project road blocks than compared to other programs.

What do you like best about the product?
I recently attended smartsheet engage in seattle and got to know some awesome aspects of using smartsheet. The recent updates like smartsheet collections and integration of AI to generate formulas is really commendable.
I like to use smartsheet for it's complex data management and automation feature to keep track of my subcontractors and pending process and approval.
If I will elaborate tool wise, It's simple and have great features that make definitely fall in love with.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have such dislikes but one thing is there that it takes a little bit time to update the sheets for my collegues after saving. If this could be autosaving then it might be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is helping us to keep our team alerted for tasks and deadlines with real-time collboaration. We are creating various project management easy to use solutions for organization with smartsheet that is helping them to streamline their process.
Good feature for my case is the automation. Smartsheet’s automation features are good to get approval and elimanate manual tasks like sending notifications and updating statuses.
Visually attractive Dashboards and third party integration are another reasons for why we are using smartsheet.

Possibilities to easily create a workflows that are able to integrate different departments that are working on the same project.

Some reports are loosing conection with the server while they are being use, usually losing the information added.
Lack of options that are able to manage dates and mainly timings, which would be a great help for time-sensitive projects.
