Smartsheet simplifies my life!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that smartsheet is so user friendly! It also has the capabilty to do so much and i am still learning new things!

I havent found anything that i dont like thus far

It is easier than working with excel and has made it a faster process using smartsheet instead of excel

It's very straightforward to use. This program keeps our teams very organized and helps streamline multiple teams across our company.

Not much. It really is very easy to use.

Smartsheet helps us collaborate amongst multiple teams on projects that come across several desks.
Easy and convenient
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet was very customizable. I was easily able to find options and create a process that suited the needs of my current role. I used this app every day to manage my workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I didn't like about this app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool housed all details in a single location which allowed me more time to do other things. I also enjoyed creating rules to manage workflow.

Easy to use and great tool overall. Has a lot of features, great function. Has facilitated many processes in our company.

We have has difficulty receiving responses by email from our rep inthe past

Creates a platform that allows for use of data that our software doesn't
For improving collaboration and expediting project tracking Smartsheet has proven to be a great tool
What do you like best about the product?
We can easily assign ownership attach files set deadlines and track progress all in one location with Smartsheets centralized register feature which I like. Each row can represent a document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though Smartsheet is a powerful tool users who work in remote locations may find it restrictive because of its advanced features steep learning curve and lack of offline access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can better collaborate as a team centralize project tracking and expedite document management with Smartsheet. In the end this has saved us time and decreased errors by improving visibility accelerating decision-making and creating more effective workflows.
Superb productivity tool for Marketing teams!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customise and configure forms, sheets and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The manual refresh button to see updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to manage our marketing projects and requests for design support from the sales team. Smartsheet provides a consolidated view of all activity which the entire team can see.

The feature that you can flag some rows that makes it easy to highlight risks - also the ease with which you can automate stuff

The way to add comnments is very cumbersome - it's much easier in google sheets

Analytical functions (e.g. dashboards) are lacking customised options, we had to manually transfer data back to google sheet in order to generate the correct graphs.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is probably one of the easiest project management tools I have used so far. I like that that the spreadsheet like user interface is simple and straightforward, especially given that our timelines are not terribly complex. Going from Excel to this was not a hard jump to make. The company has made the decision to move over to Workfront, but creating timelines there is nowhere near as intuitive as with Smartsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
For those that need the PM software to integrate with other productivity platforms, Smartsheet is not it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timelines and Gannt charts are a breeze with Smartsheets. I can create a launch plan for clients super quick with out a lot of distractions from additional features.
