Smartsheet drives efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Saves us from 'versioning' issues using Excel or Word docs to track projects because updates are live and shareable. The features are helpful and very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's tough driving change on a large team and getting everyone on board to use new software - implementation is challenging. Also the lack of dynamic formatting options is a bummer. We are unable to easily export from smartsheet in our required fonts / colors so we can't use screenshots, and everything has to be reformatted for internal and external use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We avoid issues with multiple versions of spreadsheets by using smartsheet grids to store collaborative info. It also allows us to decrease the number of emails we send/receive related to the projects we work on in smartsheet.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to use and how handy the graphs are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything, I am very happy with it.

Data collection for green house gas accounting.
Powerful Tool, but room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that this tool has worked really well amongst my team. It is also great for collaborative work as it allows you to @ a specific user and message them as well. It took a while to implement this with my department as there were several key items that we needed to ensure would work for us, but once we ironed out the minor things, it has worked out nicely for my team. I use this tool weekly, if not daily, and its great for keeping tabs on current and future projects. I haven't needed to contact customer support, but I do appreciate the webinars they hold from time to time to learn more about the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found that limiting the sorting to 3 items has affected our view of some of the sheets, so I would appreciate if we could sort by more. Additionally, I would like the option to re-order my favorites by simply dragging and dropping vs. the defualt order that is given. Lastly, I wish there was a more obvious way to see that there is a picture/proof associated with the row.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of communication and visibility within the team. So anyone can open the project and see what phase its currently in and communicate or "@" a user within the platform.
A step up from Excel...
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is ideal for project management. I can add attachments to line items and it allows real-time collaroboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of add-ons are required for the advanced features which I do not have access to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my own personal task list Smartsheet is perfect for prioritizing as well as adding all kinds of supplemental documents. Also, for our upcoming conference attendee list the project managment functionality allows us to manage all the intricacies of registering and preparing for attending our various events.
Smartsheet works for me!
What do you like best about the product?
Having a database/ repository for many different projects and being able to quickly reference documents, links and other relevant information. It is easy to use every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a bit more task-oriented, so I can see my daily to-dos and cross things off my list

It provides a detailed schedule for all of my projects. It helps me stay on track and I've even set reminders for myself within sheets.

Good App for Task Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I use SMartsheet mostly for task tracking and occasionally for project management

The database nature and the need to use multiple sheets for slighlty complex dashboads

Good software for companies
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to arrange and organise your sheets. The ability to create certain workspaces is also a great feature. It does need some work it terms of creating columns, rows etc. but overall good product

there isn't much I don't like, only the column creation is a bit annoying

Organising workflow a lot better and keeping things simple and easy to find. Managing teams is a big part of it
A Virgo's Dream!
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet keeps our content calenders for our clients super oraganized while allowing us to have a birds eye veiw of what we are posting for the month. We also use Smartsheet to have our client review all of our posts, ads, videos, copy, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no issues with smartsheet. It funcations in a way that works perfect for my team and our client!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is solving my teams issue of going back and fowath with client in email with everything we need them to reveiw and approve. Now, we place what they need to review in smartsheet and tag them and they can click the check box whenever they are done! Easy peasy.
