Good Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's capabilities to track information and extract data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding all its capabiltiies and understanding what's different from this and other regularly used spreadsheet tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Major projects with many tasks. It helps with tracking and has ease of use.
As a reporting, organizing, project management and data management, Smartsheet is a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet ismost useful to me as a project management scheduleing tool. Great for data managemebt also. And easy to use once you spend some time with it. There are tons of customer support tutorials out there, as well. I use it all day every day at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is too easy to lose information if you're not careful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping dat organized. Managing multiple projects at once.
Works well for Forms
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily use Smartsheet for surveyrs, RSVP's, and sometimes instead of excell. It's pretty user friendly once you get the hang of it. I had to have someone else show me a few things, but overall I think it is my favorite software outside the Microsoft suite. I love it for sending out RSVP's to external clients becuase it appears clean and is super easy to customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find there are little things that are named something that I doesnt match it's intention. Then I can never figure out how to title the actual sheet becuase you fill in the title as you are creating it and then somehow later on it come up as untitled becuase there is another section that is for the actual title...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of connecting to outside clients, organiztion with my own work/team, great for invites and tracking attendees.

It is user friendly and easy to modify as needed.

I wish it had cleaner header and footer optoins.

Helping us pump out project schedules as required for client outlooks.

It's easy to use and can capture a lot of data in an organized way.

Some functions are difficult to use and find. I'm still used to Excel.

Provides a space where everyone can edit and generate useful reports to get real time data

The functionality of the Smarthseets is largely dependent on how you set the sheets up. If setup poorly, it can be very difficult to add things and make useful changes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to track what we are doing and if it is completed. Before we were all over the place, but we are more organized now. Gives different departments the ability to see what the status is on projects in real time

What do you like best about the product?
Automations are great to keep it updated and to allow others to know when the sheet has an update.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get complicated. If a sheet is not on a dashboard that someone else made, the sheet that is needed is hard to find.

Smartsheet helps with keeping tasks on a timeline. It is solving time management issues and keeps accountability on track.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could change the text font within a cell without applying the change to the entire cell.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Smrtsheet allows me to communicate effectivley with my clients without haveing to use email. We often share a lot of attachments that need to be frequently referenced.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has many business cases of usage from project planning to day-to-day task management. Our team uses it every day as a to-do list and also as a regular reports tracker to ensure all deliverables are met on time.
It's very intuitive to use, which makes it easy to get set up/implement. It also has lots of no-code automation tools that make it easy for anyone to pick up.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a form, but there are a lot of data validation features that it misses that could help us adopt it for more workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily task management, tracking monthly/quarterly deliverables and adding reminders to the relevant task owners. I can also record and archive historical tasks.
