Smartsheet is a great platform for creating timelines, project management, aligning tasks, etc
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use and new features offered on smartsheet to allow integration of multiple projects within the same interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't enjoy the inability for the software to automatically save or the homepage interface. I'd prefer a summary as my homepage, which allows related tasks from ultiple fields to show the 'upcoming' 'completed' or 'at risk' areas amongst all projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem smartsheet solves is a space where multiple employees can share the same platform to monitor a projects progress. Prior to smartsheet we'd only use email and excel, which was extrememly limiting regarding updating multiple employees and automatically incorporating email alerts for timelines.

Smartsheet is a flexible project management tool that's easy to use. You don’t need much experience to start, and it lets you customize features according to your needs.

The options for creating a Workflow is basic. Also, the end user interface can be modernized for more visual appeal.

Smartsheet is a powerful tool for managing projects. It helps teams stay organized and keep track of tasks, reducing the chance of mistakes and ensuring everything is addressed.

There are automatic notifications that can be sent out to designated user.

There is no feature of multiple tabs like Excel in the same spreadsheet.

When there are requests that require multiple approvals, Smartsheet is able to go through the routing channel and get the status of the approval process.

Could add a feature to give tips or ways to help a user understand how to use the system. Could also include ways to code in a cell with easy use.

some platforms are slow to update, but with smartsheet it was use to update and fast.

I wish the filtering worked more like Excel.
