great software
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and easy to learn to use, fantastic interactions between sheets

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have joint sheets around the business allows different teams to effectively collaborate and stick to a timeline. It is also very easy to use while also having powerful capabilities for more advanced users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the need to always manually add people to sheets can be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows Marketing Teams to have a centralised calendar that is always up-to-date, as well as allow a sign-off process. It also allows collaboration with teams from around the world and limits the number of redundant documents being passed back and forth.
Dashboards also allow team members to be aware of any upcoming deadlines and alter their workflow respectively.

Great tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of creating and managing large projects within Smartsheet. Furthermore, I love the dashboards and visualization you can built within the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires some time to get used to the system and learn how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivering campaigns for our clients and managing those projects with internal and external stakeholders.
There are so many things to do in Smartsheets its awesome!

I like how everything is organized and how you can automate things

I dont like that you can't customize emails. I would like the ability to customize emails and make them more visually appealing

It is allowing me to be calloberative with the team and have a full workflow

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing tool for managing a project. Keep all documentation in one place - photos, files, schedules, contacts. Smartsheet for desktop allows me to have all my project files open at once and seamlessly switch between projects while working. Best for working with an internal team that are all using Smartsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clients and vendors must register for an account to access and interact with the project documents, which many are either unable or unwilling to do. The alternative is to send PDF files, which is not very engaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage the vast amounts of data and documentation on a project. Collaborate with team members without sending files back and forth via email.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Smartsheet is that it allows me to share all projects with my co-workers without the hassle of emailing them back and forth to each other. I use smartsheet everyday at work and it has been a breeze.

Not all co-workers have a license to use smartsheet.

I like the organization of the projects.

sometimes I feel it complex to use it over Jira for example

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Smartsheet has some automations and useful calculations and linkage between different sheets. It's easy to tag members and create an audit trail for previous changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training and onboarding process can take a long time and there are still some bugs in the system that have yet to be worked out.

Pulling reports and integrating different spreadsheets together.
Excel...only Smarter and more convenient
What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing about Smartsheet is the convenience. I can access all of my spreadsheets from anywhere even by phone...so I'm never far away from information that I may need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve especially if you are used to using Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helped with providing a plateform where I can access all of my sheets in one place...without having to save each one as individual files.
Excellent Software for Group Interaction
What do you like best about the product?
Different from Excel, the collaborative ability to work with teams vendors external on action items it great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formulas are a bit odd compared to excel but overall its great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being that we use Office 365, we cannot have collaborative sheets with external users outside of the domain. This gives us the ability to start projects and send quote packages out through smartsheet and vendors can leave feedback that is realtime with workflow notifications.
