How Smartsheet helping to boost my productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I really loved smartsheet as this one is my first and best go to work management tool. it's collaborating feature and easy to make forms make me explore more of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no dislikes as such till now but I think forms need to more responsive in mobile devices too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me smartsheet is helping me to manage my workflow and track my productivity. It also helping me to stay connected and automate my tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Automated conditional workflow reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some spreadsheet operations, such as sorting, are difficult to automatically invoke. For example, sorting rows by entry date on sheet is a missing feature in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow automation helps to reduce e-mail communication, reduces workflow errors by automatically informing next steps in a workflow.

Link to Quickbooks and the ease of use. I like the color coordination. & the app..
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't dislike anything about Smartsheets.. It is all very well organized and seamless transition with Hubspot..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing our jobs and the status of each job.
Very helpful, the automation tools, ability to create custom forms is a great help to my team.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use when creating new forms, dashboarding and tracking is very helpful to keeping my team organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a true database, once there is too much data performance can be impacted. Note - This is all expected and not the intention of smartsheets.

Ability to easily create custom forms, capture responses
Useful tool for collaborating on spreadsheets
What do you like best about the product?
It allows our department to maintain and keep track of work tasks, where each contributor can submit/enter individual tasks to the spreadsheet tracker in an organized way, and the project manager can view/maintain them. It is a very collaborative tool and easy to integrate into our processes and workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes email reminders are too frequent. There is probably a way to change this but I'm not sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making maintenance/oversight of workload more organized, so that everybody in the large group can stay aware of who's doing what, and when, etc.

Smartsheet is easy to use, easy to integrate and I use it every day at work.

Learning how to adjust the formatting is a little tricky, but once you get the hang of it it is okay.

Smartsheet is helping me to stay organized an on top of my tasks.
Overall a positive experience, but it can be a bit clunky

I like the fact that you can automate reminders to colleagues through email. You can sort your rows and columns by what is in the cells.

It can be a bit cumbersome to add in attachments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Smartsheet to keep track of tasks within a project and issues that arise within that project. Then we can cross them off when they are completed.

I like how I can see all files in one place and linked - it makes it very easy to review all documents at once

I think the creation process is tedious and long. Smart sheet has offered to help with startup, but the time involved is still challenging.

Excel Elevated + Multiple Uses
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has many different features that go beyond a simple online Database/Excel sheet. You can create submission forms, reports, dashboards, and automated workflow tools to manage data. The user interface is straightforward and familiar if you have worked in a spreadsheet tool before. The tool can be used to solve many different problems efficiently, without considerable customization or development effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of a dark mode in the browser means white backgrounds only. Sometimes the easy UI becomes a hindrance if you want more advanced features. Sometimes other database solutions may be a better choice for complex data collection and analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows my team to effectively manage several portfolios end to end, including the intake process from users, through project execution.

What do you like best about the product?
When I began with my company they used Excel spreadsheets that were shared, which was not functional because only one user at a time could edit them. We also had photo's to share with clients and would have to send a number of emails to get this accomplished. We also didn't have a central location for everyone to see our production plan.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found a downside to the product
