Great experience with Smartsheet
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has helped us fill and be a vaulable resource in an area of our company that we were lacking communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have a lot users on the same sheet you have to refresh it very often to make sure your work saves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one place where everyone involved can view whats going on.
Utilize Smartsheet for updating weekly progress schedules.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to link activities and the functionality of the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an avid excel user it is easy to confuse some of the functions with Smartsheet vs Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to show whether construction activities are on schedule and what activities are up and coming once other activities are becoming complete. It is also useful in managing delay times and impacts to a construction schedule.
Smartsheet has been very useful in my current role.
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been very useful to create dashboards and easily share with other coworkers. I think the features are easy to use and read so everyone else can easily review and interpret data. I also appreciate being able to update data on one sheet and have it update in several other spots. I also find it nice to be able to lock cells so other viewers can't accidentally change anything. Customer support is superior and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to connect Excel sheets to import to Smartsheet when updates are made. Most users have always used Excel. so it would be nice to easily integrate the two systems. Other than that, I have enjoyed learning how to use Smartsheet and make it a valuable tool for our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has helped easily distribute valuable information to members of the organization. This has helped keep projects on track and increase visibility to those involved.

- Smartsheets is easy to use and makes naviation simple
- I Love the customization that the platform offers, i can make each project unique and catered exactly to my needs.
- The pre-set templates take out a lot of the manual work involved in setting up projects. It is easy to use and helps put time where needed most.
- The supoort and help sections allow you to quikcly find a resolution to any errors, and also has many great tutorials to advance your skills with step by step instructions and screen shots.
- Smartsheets is not only a platform for business needs, but also personal. i have often used it for sports schedules, christmas lists, and life organization.

- The calendar view can be very tricky and does not always allow for all the text to appear.
- I wish projects could sync across an entore portfolio of accounts versus across individual users

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for me to easily create, edit, and chnage CPSs that account for weekends, holidays, closures, and talet allocation. It alos allows for me to build reports to see where overlap and down time occurs.
A reliable platform for project management and track progress with real-time insights
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a reliable platform because it ensures real-time collaboration which is really suitable for any size organization. If any project has compex tasks then it can perfectly manages workflow and helps to deliver project on given deadline.
What do you dislike about the product?
It occasionally lags in little work because it becomes complex at times on large datasheets. Sometimes internet connectivity aso creates a major issue if it's not done with low bandwidth environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an ideal platform for dynamic work environment. It has a seamless process even though the work is largely based withdynamic work environment. Also it ensures uninterrupted workflow. I like the user friendly interface which contains a lot of features to track project progress easily with better communication tools.

I like the ability to create custom reports and how seamlessly the API can be used in other low-code, no-code systems

How not intuitive the dashboarding functionality is. And how conoluted the API call is when coding

Holds the data for operations and allows us to display clients information as it happens, giving them a live view.
Project Management for Software Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has provided a significant amount of value, specifically in regards to having all our data be connected within one ecosystem. The automations are a huge value add.
What do you dislike about the product?
Control center does not have as much in the ways of global control as it was billed. It's helpful but not as globally controlled as we expected.

What do you dislike about the product?
- building a more advanced Dashboard requires a lot of reports,which very often have to be prepared one by one - limited option for having one report for several KPIs from different sources
- designing conditional rules to present the data requires quite a long practice to be faster If You are doing it only from time to time, then You need more time to remind how and where You have to click to set up the rule

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Colaboration with all project stakeholders by one document including the various of linked documents - eaxy access to them. All in one place, also the communication , coomets assign to proper owner. Possible to use already existing templates. Uploading the document.
Smartsheet for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to drag and drop cards to manage the lifecycle of tasks. Easy to share with customers to create a ticketing system at the end of a project during hypercare. Setting up different workspaces makes it easy to track and maintaining multiple projects .
What do you dislike about the product?
When converting from a sheet to the Card View, the card view does not maintain the order in which you entered data in the sheet. Also, I find the interface to be a bit of a challenge and not as user friendly as other tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can asign task to individuals and track progress. you get an E-mail about future task that are due.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is more to do with training, but people will use this program to get things done to maybe bypass other program such as computerized maintenance management system (SAP)
