What do you like best about the product?
It is more user friednly as opposed to excel. Veyr useful for keeping track of a schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not save data on its own, but it does give a reminder
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps everyone in the loop of what is happening by sending updates everytime something changes on the sheet.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Smartsheet is that my company uses it for most of our organizational material. We organize mulitple states information needed for multiple schools and states for my job. We also organize caseloads, data forms, input forms and logging monthly information used for billing. My company uses Smartsheet for multiple purposes. It is easy to use and it was easy and straight forward to learn. Customor support has been helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not too much I do not like about Smartsheet. At first it seems intimidating because it is something new to learn, but it was very straight foward. It is easy for my supervisor to organize the collumns and helps me stay organized in my job day to day!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is helping me organize a lot of data points. I manage my own caseload for my profession and Smartsheet allows me to stay organized and make it personalized and particular to what I need.
Smartsheet is an excellent way to track your project.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to switch to a different view and having the budget in the same sheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
For simple projects it is too much data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am tracking a 2 year project with many moving parts that needs to stay on budget. Smartsheets keeps this all in one program.

Flexabilty of using cards or list and enties are easy to make.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need to be able to sysnc SmartSheets with Jira an Tempo without using a Developer to assist.

Easy reporting and tracking in one location.

I like that Smartsheet is easy to use, user friendly, and stylistically, it looks nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't explored all that Smartsheet has to offer, so at this time, I don't have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to collect assets from graphic designers easily and on schedule, keep track of operational timelines, and have one cohesive marketing calendar for all of our staff to view and work off of.

I like how you can easily share and create reports.

I dislike how you have to have the Primary column.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been a game-changer for our team in commercial real estate. We use it daily and has been easy to take existing templates or excel sheets and import them. Its flexibility allows us to organize and manage complex projects with ease, and the ability to create dynamic reports and tailored views has streamlined how we track deals and collaborate with clients. The platform's features keep us organized and make our processes more efficient and we like that we can keep all of our files organized in one place without any clumsy links or logins. I have not had to use customer support, but those who needed to have had a positive experience. If you pay extra you can get SmartSheet to custom build exactly the sheets/reports/dashboards you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see better reports that will auto update already filled out reports with updates when needed. Ex: If I have a template or report that I have generated for 50 different sheets I'd like the option to change the template for all 50 sheets if there is a needed change. Also, reports don’t maintain parent-child hierarchy (e.g., sub-tasks or sub-items), which can be important when working with nested data like project phases or property portfolios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We like that SmartSheet dosen't make our clients pay to view and collaborate with us on our projects. We can share everything real time and don't have to worry about constantly sending files and documents getting lost in emails.

There are certain features that are not easy to find or located in an intuitive place. I'd also like an easier way to jump between projects/sheets instead of having to go back and forth or open multiple tabs.
