Smartsheet is a huge help
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has a plethora of uses across mulitple business funchtion

Smarsheet is very useful once you can manage the connectivity between the numerous sheets.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there a various templates and dashboards that allows the tracking of data and progress for initiatives/progress. The majority of all templates are easy to use and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I primarily use the project management dashboards and would like to see more automation/intuitive features for these dashboards, as I believe Smartsheet has the ability to rival other vendors such as Asana or Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet provides me the ability to track project progress and present a visual dashboard of progress for high-level stakeholders.

Capacity limitation (20,000 rows, 500,000 cells)
Dashboards are too basic. Add more graph types, widgets
A few add-ons are overpriced but can be easily replicated with API

SmartSheets Review - The Updated "Excel"
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been a staple in our organization. It has helped organize student information as well as track our time logs. I enjoy its simple design, flexibility, various views, and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a big fan of Excel and although the two are similar, I do wiSD there was an option to have tabs at the bottom, similar to Excel. This allows for a one click way to organize and access items vs. sorting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to easily organize my information by school and date. Additionally, I can organize my students by school and my supervisors can access how much time I have accumulated with my caseload.
Great for Project Timelines
What do you like best about the product?
We use SmartSheets for timelines and its a really great system. You can personlise it to have everything you need and the colour coding is super clear. We used to do our timeliens in excel and now we only use SmartSheets. The main positive it how easily you can shift timelines, just by dragging the bar along the Sheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
We find Smarthseets difficult to Share with our clients who dot have the software, it is something that they tend to not have time to do. I fid that the exporting of SmartSheets back int excel does not look as good and it also doesnt allow them to see the live updating timeline

Itt's helpign us to have a live timelines that is easy to be reviewed by other team members as well as edited
Overall great project and portfolio management software
What do you like best about the product?
Real-time collaboration and one single source of truth. The report function as well as different views work quite well. THe team also utlises the attachement and comment function which helps to keep track of communication in one place.It is also great that it can integrate with powerbi. Relatively easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Task hierarchy is lost in reports and there is no filters available on dashboards.

Smartsheet Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we were able to consolidate a ton of separate spreadsheets into one tracker and can utilize Smartsheet data in powerBI and other reports to finally use data we have been collecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was a little bit more aesthetically pleasing but by utilizing powerBI that's not as big of a deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is collecting a bunch of data that was previously within separate spreadsheets across our organization and consolidating it into one tracker for reviews.
Smartsheets is a great product!
What do you like best about the product?
Allows collaberation between multiple people at the same time! The ability to share documents in the same platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the formulas challenging. Luckily I work with some very smart people who create what I require.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replaced excel driven producs that couldnt provide access to multiple users at the same time.
Quick, Clear, and saves time
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to generate specific reports off of large spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic things like restrictions on date formatting and the ability to only have conditional formatting on an entire column rather than just a few cells in that column.
