What do you like best about the product?
Very organized and ituitive to use. I like that there are dashboards and sheets. It can be used in multiple ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't have a license but can view, it can be challenging to share and function with a team. Would like to see titles scroll down with the sheet so you know which column you are checking if you are far from the top of the page.

What do you like best about the product?
As a project manager I previously struggled with the tedious organization of timelines only using excel as I work on projects that are constantly changing. Smartsheet has allowed me to, not only stay up-to-date with ever-changing timelines, but expand on the amount of information I can have related to each project in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coming from a person that is tech-savvy but not in the IT field, it is not very intuitive and the technicalities of the dependencies between sheets is complicated to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility with key stakeholders in a way that is easy for them to understand and tracking of tasks for me as the PM. It provides me more time to work on the tasks with less time required using various tracking tools to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, and as it's similar to excel the adoption is quick. It's allows to make implementations very easy and with a great flexibility. In a easy manner allows integraton with other tools like Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the solution evolve and you get more users and project managers it's hard to mantain and make massive changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have one place to have all the projects information. It allows to integrate different files and condensate everything in Smartsheet.

What do you like best about the product?
The automations and notifications really allow us to manage our processes hands off to improve both efficiency and communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve for the software and to have it available across our organization does carry a significant cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all the tasks in a project organized and all those involved informed of the status of all tasks, what they are responsible for, and where we are in the overall process/project, while also automatically informing people when they need to take action.

What do you like best about the product?
Data visualization is an absolute breeze allowing users to generate reports and dashboards to convey needed information across the company all within the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some functions that users familiar with excel will find missing in SmartSheet but there is a large comunity to help with work arounds and solutions. Additionally the company is always adding new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing for live updating of sheets across my team. We can all be in our own files updating sheets without needing to worry about the data updating and knowing that our dashboards are showing what they need to.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a Project Manager and use Smartsheet to develop my project plans. It's easy to use and I love that I can color code my tasks based on progress and completion. I used to use Excel and made the switch to Smartsheet in the past six months and have never gone back to Excel!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I dislike anything, it's more a small thing where my formatting will get messed up if I try to copy and paste a line. I have noticed that the cells will fill in with a different color or my text will turn white. It's an easy fix but just something I have to keep an eye on if I am moving quickly.

Smartsheet is helping keep me organized with project planning. I create tasks and add the person assigned, and it's very easy for me to adjust as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Smartsheet has allowed me to keep track of multiple deadlines and other important milestones in a way that is easy for my team to digest. Adding comments and attachments is another fantastic way to encourage team collaboration.
I also really appreciate how I can tag and assign people to different tasks, which helps to keep team members accountable and on track.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest hurdle to using Smartsheet is the learning curve. There are A LOT of really great features, but I've found it difficult to understand them all. It can be quite overwhelming at first when setting up sheets and dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team has multiple competing deadlines and the way that we have our sheets set up it makes it easier for me to keep track of all these deadlines. It has also been beneficial for our team to see all project requirements and their associated deadlines so that they can plan their work week appropriately. Our team has used other tracking systems and by far the biggest draw to using Smartsheet is the tagging/assignment feature, which allows team members to see and remain accountable for their work.

What do you like best about the product?
SmartSheets is great for managing day-to-day work flows in a live and shared document amongst colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
If SmartSheets offered a workflow notification setting that would provide more efficient tracking services. In addition, when our account was up for renewal, we were locked out for more than a month with many challenges on contacting the proper support person at SmartSheets. Even after we paid our renewal, SmartSheets finance department took a long time to relay that our payment had been made to unlock our account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great tracking and organization tool for businesses that have multiple details, times, dates to capture.

What do you like best about the product?
We can create coherent linked project plans that are easily updatable and visually appealing. We also use the RM solution which is great for tracking hours and we are able to quite easily pull monthly utilisation reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing is that I think there is so much more to smartsheet than we are able to understand, we have probably only really scratched the surface of what is capable. Tonnes of features which we probably are not aware of - difficult to know what could benefit us - I know there is lots of integration possibilites which we probably don't utilise to max potential.

Smartsheet is a fantastic data automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automations that can be built and triggered on the entry of new data. The ability to easily derive reports and share them in a read-only fashion is important to me. They have experts available to help me get the most out of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to do some things within the data tables themselves. There is the ability to use formulas, but not to just add the values of a column. It is important that you do not think of this as an Excel replacement. I don't think that's what they're trying to be.

Having the automation tools available saves me a lot of time.
