Great functionality in the world of logistics.
What do you like best about the product?
The current features allow us to create shared spreadsheets within our teams. The functions we are developing improve our service in the following areas:

Sometimes collaboration with Microsoft products is not always easy; for example, exporting to Excel requires many prior operations that I currently do not want to be visible after the export.

Project Planning with Smartsheet
What do you like best about the product?
With Smartsheet, task assignment, deadline establishment, and progress tracking are all done in one virtual space. They also have ready templates that enables planning without the need of resetup/ customisation from scratch each time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small matter but Smartsheet requires an active internet connection even for viewing purposes, making it a hassle for team members on-the-go that need access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps me to significantly reduce the risk of task misalignment within my team. With assigned tasks, due dates, and dependencies, there's less confusion about the upcoming tasks and who’s responsible.
Scary at first sight but incredibly helpful when you learn it
What do you like best about the product?
Since it is similar to a spreadsheet view (at least by default), it is very easy to implement in your team and also to use daily as a task manager with a wide view.
What do you dislike about the product?
As soon as you need different types of visualization, some of them might be limited or not meet your needs in the right way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps a lot to keep an overview of the projects that are taking place, the delivery dates and to keep the whole team up to date with what is happening.

Smartsheet has streamlined the process and increased productivity and output with projects. The intuitiveness and user-friendliness of Smartsheet make it preferable over Microsoft Project.
Automation has improved workflow efficiency as Smartsheet moves quicker and adds necessary features for our needs.
What is most valuable?
The intuitiveness and user-friendliness of Smartsheet are very valuable. I prefer Smartsheet for its flexibility.
What needs improvement?
Although I can't pinpoint anything specific right now, there is always room for improvement. Initially, there were issues like dropdowns. Those have been overcome.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Smartsheet since September of 2019.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
The stability of Smartsheet has been much better since I started. Initially, it was not very good. Now, I would rate its stability at about a seven or eight out of ten.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The scalability of Smartsheet has improved over time. Initially, it was slow. That said, I would now rate it as a seven or eight out of ten.
How are customer service and support?
Customer service with Smartsheet is excellent. I have had great success in getting through to their support team, and they have been terrific over the years.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We use Microsoft Project most exclusively with my current organization, however, I prefer Smartsheet for its flexibility.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is straightforward. It was more complex back in 2019 when I started using it, but it has since improved. I would rate it an eight on a scale of one to ten for ease of setup.
What about the implementation team?
Implementation did not require extensive resources or team involvement due to its SaaS nature. It's minimal compared to other products' implementation requirements.
What was our ROI?
I couldn't provide specific data points for ROI. Smartsheet is less expensive than Microsoft Project, which is a consideration when comparing their costs.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
The pricing is great and reasonable enough that I maintained my copy and bought it for my team independently.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I have tested multiple packages like Monday and Confluence but did not perform the most recent assessments.
What other advice do I have?
I would recommend Smartsheet for its intuitiveness and ease of project implementation. Implementing Smartsheet on a project basis is much quicker than using Microsoft Project.

Easy to navigate and use. Team collaboration for project management.Intuitive hence increase productivity

There's a learning curve if you want to joinand start as beginner. Folder sharing not possible.

Workflow in smartsheet helps to get updates from the project team. As a PM, it makes work so much easy that you can automate stuff and don't have to go and follow up everything by yourself
Smartsheets Honest Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality of being able to combine project management tasks and dashboard reporting. You need both to be able to not only track tasks, but tracking the progress and data of what you are doing. I also love the form aspect of being able to track things from forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI Design can be a bit more exciting and clean. It feels a bit outdated compared to other project management software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving the ability to not have to use so many platforms. We still have to use a storage solution for SOPs and documentation, but smartsheets covers task management, workflow, and dashboards super well.

For Project Managers like me, Smart Sheet is extremely helpful in tracking the project health and status. It's a good tool to organize and collaborate will all project team members and clients, which enable all the project team to deliver the project successfully

There are instances that when you share links to the other parties then can not easily access

Organzining and keeping the project intact. Smartsheet also helps with team collaboration
Efficient and effective
What do you like best about the product?
Love that it is a cloud sheet and can share the sheet to other team members and collaborate more easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it had more functions like excel or block out some features that cost extra money. Had some cases within our supply chain team where they did not know the data shuttle would cost 2KUSD.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as a data entry point to record missed deliveries for our company. Much faster than going into SAP and recording it down.
SmartSheet is my favorite Project Management software
What do you like best about the product?
It is the most intuitive project management software I have used and easy to integrate throughout the company due to the ease of use. I also like the dashboards and workspaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was less expensive and was easier to integrate into SalesForce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it with a large account migration project. The workflow tools to automate alerts and tasks based on status changes has made this process very smooth. The dashboard also allows the Executives to visualize current status at a glance.
Simple tool with many features
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the amount of templates available and support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found it can be difficult to link sheets together. This may be a user error issue rather than a product issue.

Providing an easy tool to use to manage projects internally and also share progress to external clients.
