My experience with Smartsheet is really good. I love to use this product to do my job.

unclear user manual, lack of proper introduction to all its possibilities

Customization Limitations: Some users may find customization options limited compared to other platforms, especially for creating highly specific workflows or views.

Smartsheet allows me to easily collaborite with a wide project audience to resolve issues.
Simplifying business processes
What do you like best about the product?
We're using Smartsheets across the business- from Manufacturing to Sales and Administration. I love the Automated Notifications function, and the use of Smartsheet Forms that automatically populate the Smartsheet behind them. The functionality of Smartsheets to the business is limited by the user's imagination. Truly a great platform to use across multiple oparational departments! No complicated access matrices are required.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost per user licence is a little high, but it is offset by the great functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives visibility to previously unaccessible information (i.e. delivery schedules), it offers automated task prompts between departments, almost eliminating the need for physical document flows.

It's good to edit/update status on smartsheet and share it with others.

Only be able to import one tab excel to smartsheet

What I like most about Smartsheet is how easy it is to use and how flexible it really can be. It lets teams work together smoothly on complicated projects while keeping everything in one place and everyone updated on everything. You can create custom workflows, automate tons of tasks, and track progress with different dashboards, which helps get things done much faster. Plus, it works well with other tools we use, making communication and sharing information easier. In general, it’s a great tool for managing projects, big or small, and helps you stay on top of deadlines and tasks with the whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I find challenging about Smartsheet is that it can seem overwhelming at first. So many different functions but thanks to different guides it is simple to learn. What I dislike additionally is that in Automated texts that you can send via Smartsheet, you can not activate the link in text, you have to post the whole URL in text, which is not convenient.

Smartsheet helps to solve a lot of problems, especially with keeping projects organized and up to date and teams working well together. It solves one big issue- managing difficult projects across different teams. With everything in one place, I can easily track tasks, deadlines and progress without worrying about things getting missed or miscommunication. Team members can update their work in real time, so we are all on the same page. Another amazing feature is automation, which saves time by handling tasks like sending reminders or updating statuses, so I can focus on much more important work. Overall, Smartsheet boosts productivity, keeps projects moving smoothly, helps with automations and makes things more transparent for the whole team, which has been really helpful.

The only downside is that the interface can feel a bit overwhelming initially for new users due to its wide range of features.
