Powerful software to our make land development a little easier
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect is that our company employees can all share and colaborate on a live document and information sharing is simplified. We are able to store a large amount of files, photos, spreadsheets and have them accessible to all even people outside our orginization. We use the app or desktop version everyday and multiple times a day and rely heavily on it.
The schedule feature was very easy to get used to after coming from Microsoft project and developing schedules on. The reminder feature is superhelpful if you have time to set and can trust it will still be applicable.
Our office will occasionally use customer support and seem to get answers we need.
Overall a very powerful tool our company uses.

What do you dislike about the product?
The attachments uploaded to smartsheet take way too long to load. We are constantly uploading documents in smartsheet and when I want to go in and view that document it takes 4-10 seconds to load. Its not an internet speed issue and storing files elsewhere is much faster to open and attachment or document. The attachedments aren't large just 5-20 page documents. We
I am not sure if it has changed but you can't copy and paste to another workspace or sheet which can be frustrating at times. Not as easy to copy data from one spreadsheet to another as microsoft excel.
Only the owner of a workspace can change a workspace name, frustrating at times, should be that admin level can change workspace names as well.

Storing and collaborating with information with live time is key to our companies production.
Powerful and Versatile: Smartsheet Delivers!
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is an incredibly powerful tool with a wide range of features that make managing projects and workflows a breeze. It’s versatile and adaptable, perfect for both simple tasks and complex projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it can feel a bit overwhelming at first due to the sheer number of capabilities, once you get the hang of navigating it, the usability is fabulous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had an issue of a good deliverable for my CEO of tracking all of his various meetings and projects, while I soon discovered how to properly use smart sheets it made it easy to say what is on ogin, pending, and scheduled, and rescheduled..

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to organize my work by workspaces to keep multiple projects organized. The help documentation is great and I appreciate the templates that we can use or adapt. I was able to get up to speed quickly as a new user. We are now looking at implementing control center for our team for repeatable processes and more transparent portfolio level reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't copy and paste in between documents or sheets. Lacking functions like SUMPRODUCT that exist in Excel. I think the dashboard builder is not as user friendly as I would have liked. It took alot of trial and error to get the widgets to look like I wanted. I would also love to see a RACI template built into the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project and portfolio reporting. Project management artifacts templates. Consistent approach across multiple project managers on my team.
SmartSheets is a powerhouse for data sheet team collaboration with very few shortcomings
What do you like best about the product?
I like the pre-built templates as well as the robust collaboration opportunities it provides to its users. It is simple to configure and leverage, and it's licensing structure allows for nearly anyone across the company (or even external users) to collaborate utilizing the software platform
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish enhancements were better socialied among the customer base, and maybe allow customers to submit enhancement ideas/requests and then allow all customers to "vote" on the value of those enhancements. Too many times I am working on a project, find a shortfall on the software, and find someone submitted the idea 4 years ago and it never went anywhere. A little disappointed on the product enhancements based on end user feedback.

Clear communication, collaboration, and task management makes smartsheets the best solution for our project management task needs.

Smartsheet is a great tool for collaborating with teams and organizing projects/tasks
What do you like best about the product?
How customizable it is, which allows variability in different projects within your workspace. We use this tool frequently for project/tool/task tracking, so having the ability to diversify and integrate our own needs is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Immediate/live auto save instead of manually needing to save.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organzing large projects that require multi team collaboration and management, which may involve extended projects/tasks. Referencing information for larger data sets through either projects or metrics.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the information is organized and that the attachments are located in a logical place. It's easy to go back and reference all the information that is needed quickly. It's also user friendly. I've had to make many edits to the a form I use, and it's easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have our employee relations investigation form through Smartsheets, and whenever we resolve a matter it's gets crossed through and grayed out. You have to hover over it for it be visible

It's helping store all information for investigations in one place for easy review. It's also storing the attachments that come along with it that is not taking up a huge amount of memory

What do you like best about the product?

It’s particularly helpful for tracking progress, setting reminders, and visualizing timelines with Gantt charts
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet’s mobile version can sometimes be less user-friendly, and some advanced features like automation workflows can be tricky to implement for new users. Additionally, pricing can become a bit expensive for smaller teams or businesses that don’t use all the advanced features.

Smartsheet helps me streamline project management and team collaboration by providing a central platform where we can track project progress, assign tasks, and manage deadlines. It has significantly improved visibility across different teams and made it easier to stay on top of project timelines. The automated workflows and real-time updates reduce manual tasks and help increase efficiency
