Very powerful program
What do you like best about the product?
We use smartsheets for document control. This works very well. We also use smartsheets to drive productivity with the use of reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not very fond of moving the search button over to the left. We really liked being able to see our search the old way, as the search is the most used function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use smartsheet reports to show each division their respective projects that are "in progress". It is also very usefull for document management when being used with Goformz. We love that the two programs can "talk" to each other.
Great Help in Creating Applications and Forms
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating the forms and the resulting reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty in moving information from one form to another form (or report).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When needing to create applications and forms, Smartsheet has been quite beneficial and helpful in organizing the data.

Smartsheet mimics MS Excel in function very well. It can go from Excel to Smartsheet or vise versa in ease
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Template is litter hard to comprehend on how is it being connected among different sheets and to the dashboard. Not as easy to customize the dashboard. All extension costs money
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing the spreadsheet that can be shared anywhere to have all parties on the same page on status, progress and upkeep.

its very easy to use this software with clients as the inteerface is incredibly user friendly and straight forward

I would like if there were more option to organise workspaces within folders

Its giving me a platform which is accesible by all members of our team both internal and external.
Great Tool, A Little Crowded to Use
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable it is and the templates are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can get crowded and difficult to navigate through. Large projects can be difficult to navigate through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it to manage projects, but also collaborate with our vendors who are also using the tool.
A tool that does what it claims to do and does it well!
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very easy to understand and use. The entire tool is visually very neat and clean for Type- A project managers and account managers.

Some times the card view is clunky and not very intuitive

Smartsheet helps me keep track of daily jobs for my entire team and overall project timelines. I am unable to share the same with my clients who love to have a view into the project from start to end.

It does not allow to search the sheet name. not convienient to find the correct sheet when there are many sheet

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to connect with others to assign responsibility on tasks, automated updates/reminders. Ease of use for new users, ease of implemenation as new users can easily access the tool just by signing up for an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited ability on generating graphic/visuals, connect with other data source to make it an all inclusive tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to collaborate with people from various departments, assign tasks and responsibility to owners, a good platform for cross function collaboration.
