Very Practical
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage and Helpful, we use it for a good follow up on different tasks and ease of integrate it into our operations and easy implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
i don't have any dislike about Smartsheet yet. until now it being complying with our needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow up on the different projects and new incoming products. Smarthsheet help us to follow up and commun icate it with all the involve personal that need to keep communicate it.. up to corporation teams members that are not on same place, city, country
Using Smartsheet for Small Organizations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily build dashboards and share information with leadership in a visually appealing way to drive decision making.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little click heavy and it can be difficult to use Smartsheet when screen sharing and needing to make many changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking key performance indicators, grant management, and program management
User Friendly, Lots of Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate, and when I have questions the support team is top-notch!
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's so user-friendly, it sometimes doesn't have the capabilities for complex scenarios that we want to accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helps us to collect, view, and collaborate on data in a way that is easy for cross-collaboration and visualization of that data.
Smartsheet
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been great for record keeping & managing documents for long duration projects. There are also alot of premade templates to use or inspire new ways to utilize smartsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its easy to think of smartsheet as a spreadsheet like Excel, but it serves a different purpose. Once this is understood, it makes it alot easier to use smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting / record keeping & managing change events.
It has been good use of platforming projects for me so far.

The connection to other software sites like Jira

When the connection to other software sites like Jira goes down for months at a time.

Its solving having to do work twice in two different softwares.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is super easy to use and implement. There is almost zero learning curve to get started and build out a project plan. They have done a great job making a lot of the functionality similar to an Excel/Google Sheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks some advanced features that Microsoft Project has to enable more accurate planning. One glaring example is that each sheet allows for only 1 default working calendar. As organizations continue to grow internationally, allowing customizable working calendars per row will be a very useful feature for more accurate schedule planning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to define a project plan from inception till launch.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create checklists that autmatically populate into a data sheet. The automations are really helpful for us in terms of reminders, set schedules, email notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more easy ways of presenting the data we collect other than a spreadsheet. I know you can make a dashboard with visuals, but I feel as if Smartsheet could make it easier/more intuitive for us to present data out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving filling out forms that have to be ferried to multiple people. These people often change roles, so it is nice we can sub in another person when needed.

Easy to use and navigate. Mirrrors other programs which allow other users who may be less tech savvy to pick up on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not auto save changes. Would be helpful. Or give notice when making changes that they will be lost if not saved. Would also be nice if functions mirrored excel

Scheduling of meetings as well as providing a notification of information
Highly functional when automation needs to be involved.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the best about all the automation and form features SmartSheet offers. It combine the convenience of Spreadsheet and Google Forms to allow the collection and creation of a database that can be summarized into useful informations and presented in multiple ways, especially through the "Form" feature and "Dashboard" feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not allow alot of export freedom especially under "Report" feature.

1. Allow the creation of project schedule with feature such as linking work activities.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great project management tool that is able to integrate with many other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not able to integrate with ALL other products. Sometimes, SS will charge additional fees to integrate SS with other products, which I don't love with as it is already a costly product.

Great PM tool, and useful for assigning people to different tasks
