Fantastic tool - improves work efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
Live Excel sheets with integrations and work flows - makes it easier and fantastic customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple users accessing the sheets at a same time sometimes makes it difficult to make the changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing information on a daily basis from the field and communicating it with client in realtime.
Smartsheet is an excellent tool for all projects
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is fantastic for planning projects. The grid layout and ability to switch to different views to help different stakeholders understand the current project status is second to none. I use the tool on a daily basis to help keep projects on track. We recently went through a change at our company and we were able to easily implement Smartsheet and migrate all of our existing documents over to a new license. Additionally, I ran into an issue with the newest timeline feature and I reached out to get support and had someone resolve the issue within hours. Finally, I think my favorite part of Smartsheet is it's ability to integrate with Microsoft Teams to allow all project stakeholders to view the current project status right from Teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Access can be a barrier at times to users, but the integration into Teams allows seamless access to those without a Smartsheet account. Up until they rolled out the new timeline feature, I would've said there wasn't a great way to display a timeline, only the gantt chart. But the rollout of the timeline feature solved that issue for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet provides a great proejct management suite and allows for easy reporting and scheduling. If I didn't use Smartsheet, I would be manually updating excel files and having to constantly check and make sure items are updated. Smartsheet makes project planning a breeze with the Predecessors and Duration fields. Additionally, the ability to tag users and alert them of tasks provides us with another way to hold people accountable.

Smartsheet is a right-sized product for my administrative projects.
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is easy to use. I can quickly setup smart tracking sheets to keep initiatives on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
I probably don't use Smartsheet enough, therefore I'm probably not utilizing it to its potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my initiatives tracked and is utilized to report outstanding, late, or inocomplete tasks.

It is terrific for collaboration accross a team.

I feel like the learning curve is a bit steeper for more novice users

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. There are a lot of useful features that help streamline a lot of processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to get help to trobleshoot a problem or get more information. There needs to be more training videos with details. Some of the functions can make errors.

There are several templates that can be used so it can be challenging to decide which one to use.

Smartsheet is helping me to create project plans and with the dashboard feature giving visibility to Senior Management of status of the projects.
Smartsheet has been a valuable tool in streamlining our reagent production processes.
What do you like best about the product?
Its intuitive layout allows for easy tracking of production schedules, batch progress, and quality control data. The ability to collaborate with multiple departments and operators in real-time has significantly improved communication and reduced delays.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you input a fairly large dataset, the usage becomes less efficient and requires a lot of notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improves coordination, especially when dealing with complex timelines or SOP updates, and ensures everyone stays on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
Realtively easy to use and intuitive for someone who has used Microsoft Project in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some functions that I'd be interested in that are only included in the subscriptions that are much more expensive than our company is using
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking project activities, showing impact of not meeting agreed timelines on the delivery of the overall project and providing access to all of the project team members.
Easy to use interface that allows for customization
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really easy to use and allows you to customize/lay out your materials. It really helps me organize resources and be able to engage with others in an effective way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a little prohibitive and requires ongoing funding figured out or you lose some functionality to what you create

Having an easy to use organization dashboard for resources and project management.
