Smartsheet is a user-friendly tool that adapts to the user's needs
What do you like best about the product?
It allows the management of service processes and workflows, and ultimately generates statistical data as a result of these operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It causes issues when multiple users work on the same management sheet simultaneously (if they access it under a single admin account).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps us streamline the management of patient referrals for surgeries, ensuring that we can efficiently track their progress through the entire care cycle. It benefits us by improving internal controls, allowing us to monitor each step of the process—from initial referral to the patient's complete preparation for surgery—more effectively. This leads to better organization and reduces the chances of errors or delays in patient care.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to set automatic notifications when changes are made in a sheet
What do you dislike about the product?
That does not alert when someone export sheets, leaving a window open for Data loss or information leakage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have all the Information and Database sstem in one place
Smartsheet a satisfactory "corporate" solution for collaboration and project planning
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest competitive advantage was the ability to share sheets externally and internally (at the firm) and still allow them to edit the sheets without a paid user license. (Though for internal users that capability will be gone in the new licensing model)
What do you dislike about the product?
As much of a benefit smartsheet has kept it simple and the ui not be too "cartoonish" unlike their competitors. It would be nice if it was an option i.e. Monday.com.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My primary use case for Smartsheet is to help with Portfolio Management/ Planning and also monthly reports to management.
First Year Using Smartsheet and I'm Really Liking It
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet builds upon the Excel framework that most people are familiar with to create an easy to use tool that has a lot of opportunities for growth. I especially like the new Dynamic View feature as it provides the more restricted access of a form but allows the user to edit past submissions in a more freeform style similar to direct sheet edits (an overall good balance between forms and Sheet updates).
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point the only issue that comes to mind is on the Customer Success side. Overall I've had very positive experiences with every agent I have worked with and I greatly appreciate their support. That said, it seems like we get a new agent every few months which suggests a high turnover and potentially a low management priority placed on retaining customer success talent. This is fairly common in SAAS but seems more apparent when working with Smartsheet due to the frequency of turnover and all of the upsell opportunities Smartsheet makes available to their customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has been great at removing the communication barriers between our departments that results in silos and confusion. It's Dashboards have also been a great way to create a more intuitive front end experience for both our workspace hierarchy and our SharePoint repository, while we work to clean up the backend of those items.
Best way to organize your projects.
What do you like best about the product?
Its simple, easy to use,, allows for communication and file storage within the platform. It also gives you the ability to track metrics on your proejcts and create dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platforms lags and can be slow. Some of the newer views crash the program and or make it so slow its impossible to work in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage our 800 to 1000 marketing communications projects we work on at one time. The communications feature within the platform helps us align all teams and allows us to work with people outside our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is high-impact software that has solve many of our problem with project schedule and collaboration. The GANTT chart is easy to use and to track project progress just by a quick glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is negative with this prodct. The result it produce is exectly what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating most of our manual task that can reach hundred at some point. Track project progress in percent, which is easier methode to track completion progress.

its how everything can be organized and nothing its left out of place or misplaced.

There is not much i can say i dont like but if i have to menton somthing its about how some fucntions we are not able to use unless we have a liscense.

Smartsheet: A unique tool for your business
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Smartsheet for its flexibility into what we can do with it as well as being a platform easy to use due to its user-friendly interface. It's a tool that combines project management as well as collaboration features that make it easy to work along side other people, both inside and outside the company. Workflow is also pretty straight forward to setup in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mainly, the large amount of features that are locked behind a paywall. There are so many cool things you can do that can only be used with a license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smarsheet is great for project managing solution. It allows its users to organize information in a very efficient way as well as peemit its collaborators to edit and work in several sheets at the same time, which provides an easy way for people working in and outside the company to comunicate and work together.

easy tracking of tasks and actions, clear and logic organisation, gantt chart
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it's difficult to understand why some actions are restricted due to connections between tasks and there is no possibility to overwrite them manually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allowed me to effectively manage a very complex project with few hundred tasks. All actions are easy to track, verify and schedule. The automatic connections betweeen task are keeping the necessary flow of progress in projects.

Simultaneous access by team members; able to gather insights using report function; able to save documents on cloud
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve can be steep for certain functions, charges for basic functions; there should be training vedios available for all members instead of charging extra to train some frequently used functions by all businesses

Provide great tracking on tasks, and is a good platform to documet cross-functional communication
