Practical usage
What do you like best about the product?
The practicity of usage , changing views when managin a project Btw gantt and list.
I have been using the templates created by the PMO within my company ,an the way the information is linked allows me to see easiy the information of various projects .

What do you dislike about the product?
The interface still feels oldfashion. There are some instances where you can see a mayor upgrade but the mayority of the pages loks very outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a company that manages a hybrid model btw agile and waterfall , so havign a easy tool to track projects that allows me to tailor according my necesities and communicate with my team by tagging them, saves me a lot o time instead of sending individual notes .
Straightforward Tool for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Sheets don't get lost, go missing, or get duplicated on accident in order to gain access to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
No autosave or live feature can make team work complicated during the middle of a working meeting when everyone is making changes to the same sheet at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing and prioritizing tasks that everyone is currently working on. This makes day-to-day more efficient because it keeps the team from looking through multiple sheets.
Great tool for consolidated stakeholder reporting

Smartsheet is very easy to navigate and the interlinking of sheets into larger reports is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes sheets need to be refreshed to relflect edits made on another page and user permissions can sometimes inadvertnently make it so certain users are not able to edit the correct material.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization has combined several different reporting modes into one platform. As a PM, I can update one project sheet and the information populates to numerous reports and dashboards with interlinked information that can be tailored to different audiences.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is an incredibly versatile tool that has transformed the way I manage projects. Its user-friendly interface makes it easy to create and customize sheets, even for those who aren’t tech-savvy. The collaboration features are top-notch, allowing team members to work together seamlessly in real-time. I particularly appreciate the automation capabilities, which save a lot of time by automating repetitive tasks. The integration with other tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is also a huge plus, making it easy to sync data across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Smartsheet is a powerful tool, there are a few areas that could be improved. The pricing can be a bit steep, especially for smaller teams or startups. Sometimes, the learning curve for new users can be a bit steep, but the extensive help resources and customer support do help mitigate this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the primary problems it solves is streamlining project workflows. Before using Smartsheet, managing multiple projects and keeping track of deadlines was chaotic. Now, with its intuitive project tracking and task management features, I can easily monitor progress, assign tasks, and set deadlines, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

The way the information can be organized and the multiple options the information can be shared
What do you dislike about the product?
I can´t really think of any right now, but to mention something it could be the fact that when copying information you can not do more than 500 rows

We have an integration with an internal company platform and the way we can organize and upload files in smartsheet makes our job faster and easier to input information into our system.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet helps keep all our information on different projects in one location with full transparency and control. Being able to view on a high level around our other projects and schedules has allowed us to be more efficient in our decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The start up process is a bit challenging, their is a lot of support but can feel not so user friendly at first. Though once you get going you find more and more that can benifit you that you werent aware off at first.

Clear visability on job/projects we are working on and their stages. Quick accessibility to related documents to the job.

I feel there should be more workflows for Smartsheets. The tools are rather limited with how sheets can speek to eachother.
