We used it for two scenarios. The first one was in project management. We made up the collaboration with our customer using Smartsheet. The second scenario was a financial application to control the cash flow.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to list out the priorities and frame roadmap plans. The most liked part of the Smartsheet is the Gantt view, which is the best way to delicate the tasks and track the progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downsides to Smartsheet, however, one area of improvement I can see is that it would be good if we could upload images in the comment section of a task on top of the attachment. It does not impact any of the productivity, but as a user point of view, I feel this function would be handy.

It helped simplify project management and financial tracking, making it very friendly and powerful without the need for deep knowledge of forms or code. It's stable and simple to use.
What is most valuable?
Its mechanics align themselves very well, making it very powerful and simple. Its interface is almost like you are using it yourself, making it very friendly. You don't need to develop deep knowledge of forms or something like that.
What needs improvement?
I think it is a very good program. However, the only reason we migrated to another application was the full integration available in other solutions. We never used the integration capabilities of Smartsheet.
For how long have I used the solution?
We used the solution for four or five years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
It was stable. We never had a problem with this program.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
It's good to work with, and you have a lot of choices. In other words, it is scalable.
How are customer service and support?
I cannot rate customer service since we never used it. Smartsheet never failed, so we didn't need to reach out to customer service.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We migrated all of our applications to Odoo due to the full integration that we have in other solutions.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup was pretty easy. It is just like opening boxes.

I did the deployment myself.

It's really hard to quantify since you don't have to invest much time in learning it. It is simple to use and stable, so it is worth the money invested.

We used the monthly subscription, which is really cheap. It is not expensive.

I would recommend it to others. It is a good program and provides the features they promise.

Automation when managing the projects is superb. Like, the software automatically sends emails when a specific deadline is approaching. It is a great tool for Project Management.

Smartsheet provides a highly customizable tool that allows us to easily manage projects at the enterprise level. Smartsheet is the type of program that pays off the more you use it. We have been able to implement it with ease due to the dedicated support from Smartsheet. Smartsheet University facilitates easy implementation by providing engaging and interactive on-demand courses in learning the product. It also inspires common use cases that allow for an all in one project management suite that we consult every day.

The downside of Smartsheet is you get out of it what you put it. For some, a spreadsheet based system can be intimidating. That being said, Smartsheet provides excellent tools that demystify the system via Smartsheet University.
