Project Tracking and Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet provides an interactive UI Interface for maintaining projects and enagage more collaboration. Its ease for utilization is exciting. It allows teams to set up and start using it really quickly.
Its Integration to Google Drive and Microsoft Office, etc is flawless. The platform's customization feature is really amazing.

What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Smartsheet is its advanced feature would be difficult for a new client/beginners to understand. The reply time to customers could be faster. Moreover if used my small companies / startups the cost would be burdensome to use premium features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps in enhancing team collaboration and project scope. It helps in real-time updates. It helps in simplifications of tasks and timelines.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet keeps us on track with regards to projects that involve multiple departments and deliverables. It's very easy to use and we've utilized it for a variety of uses, including project plans, tracking sheets for programs, forms for data collection, and dashboards for quick department overviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are aspects of Smartsheet that can be a bit complicated, especially when it comes to formulas or building out dashboards that are a bit different from the free templates they provide. I've had issues with formulas that were frustrating and time consuming to fix, which took away from other tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet enables all team members to be on the same page to ensure we are producing deliverables on time. It's nice to have the plan in one place, be able to visualize the steps needed to reach the end goal, and know who is accountable for each step.

Flexibility to create easily sheet with the information needed.

The module to create dashboards is limited

Smartsheet allow me to reduce the followup meetings and with the workflows the team recibe notification that allow us to focus in business valud with less management overhead

I love the ease with which everyone can be connected in the same place, the storage capacity, and the way it allows you to get organized.

There is nothing I dislike about Smartsheet
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of sending many heavy files by mail, each person in the team can have access to the latest information and updates without having to wait for a response from a third party.
Great product that fills many needs in our organization
What do you like best about the product?
We use smartsheet daily for many functions in our business. We use it for project management, purchasing, reoccuring billing with interest calculations. The automation is amazing. It allows us to notify employees when certain criteria are met or missed. It is easy to use and the online community is an amazing tool for creating functions. I would highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are used to Excel it is easy to use. It is lacking some functions of Excel but is mostly there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We historically used Excel for almost everything. Smartsheet gives an audit trail while notifying when cells have changed. It allows me to track any changes in projects or Purchase orders. It eliminates overwriting of shared Excel sheets.

Smartsheet is a super handy project management tool that's flexible and great for teamwork. It's easy to set up projects with custom sheets, and it works well with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
You can see your projects using Gantt charts, dashboards, and reports, so you always know what's going on. Plus, real-time collaboration keeps everyone on the same page.

a way to keep our teem on track
Smartsheet helps with our church's processes and metrics.
What do you like best about the product?
It is versatile and can perform many functions that other software are unable to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steep learning curve which prevents many users from being proficient in it. Printing Dashboards is very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing budget dashboards to individual ministry leaders. Collecting attendance data for metric tracking. Tracking progress of strategic plans. Managing inventory of computers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the online platform (as compared to version control through google drive), and the automation features to tag co-workers in activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can no longer access summaries (which limits my usage of dashboards) with a basic level business account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team is remote and geographically dispersed - the shared online collaborative space is really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use and customize. Great to use in a business setting to share with team members for ease of collaboration. Smartsheet is something I use daily and it makes my job tasks much easier

Automation can sometimes be a little difficult but overall not a deal breaker

Creates a central location to track data for multiple projects.
This is good for the start of any small business.
