A good platform to coordinate with colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
A good platform that provides real time update to multiple colleagues and team members
What do you dislike about the product?
When transfering/copy-paste date from Smartsheet to Excel, or Excel to Smartsheet, experience was not too great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Smartsheet to update order status and share the data to team members. Smartsheet updates related team members when needed, and we can generate reports from Smartsheet, within Smartsheet.
Smartsheet has been very helpful. I use it for trainings and audits. It's a great tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can attach links, comments and files to each line.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could have multiple tabs, like excel so that I can have 2 separate running tabs for each book.

What do you like best about the product?
As a project manager, Smartsheet is a tool that I heavily rely on to effectively manage my projects. Some of my favorite features include the ability to change project views (Gantt charts and the grid view are the two I most commonly use), as well as the collaboration features that allow my teams and clients to seamlessly share and see realtime updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Smartsheet is a great tool, some of the more advanced features require a learning curve that is steeper than other project management platforms. The cost is also higher than similar tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is my go-to tool for creating project timelines and running complex content inventory projects. It's been invaluable in capturing and tracking the data that I need to successfully complete my projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the seamless interface and that they are constantly adding new integrations to the software. I also love being able to see the cell history.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the servers go down and that makes things tough at times.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheets allows you to run reports easier as you can filter out what you want and don't want. The ones that you use more freqently stay in a separte place so makes using them easier. They have good customer service when you have an issue or need help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only downside is getting it all set up first gathering the information to get the smartsheet set up but truthfully after it is done it makes it so much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep things more digital so making it easier to find as well as it is in a location that everyone that has acess to the smartsheet can see the information even if they are not on site.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the capabilites such as saving files or attachements to each line. I appreciate the phone app being used to instantly take a photo and attach it to a line. We frequently use the upload features to attach documents per line when processing credit card sheets that we have created.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the workflows do not alert users when they are not using or causing a duplicating issue. They can be a bit confusing when setting them up at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The outlined features and color coding is helpful but I am not aware of many features that Smartsheet is solving. I do not have a large amount of issues as it does work pretty well.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been easy to invite others to view and collaborate with others in my organization. I use it every day, but even those who don't have expressed how nice it is to have this information available. Customer support has been great and receptive to feedback as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sure due to how the parts work, there are some things that are not as flexible as I would like. There are some of these quirks that can be worked around, but some can only be addressed by requesting it as a future feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet solves the problem of organizing and assigning work in one sheet. This benefits us as it can be our one source of truth for project planning.

What do you dislike about the product?
sheet and range references while using formulas are counterintuative and unclear. need more functionality with datamesh feature. An autosave feature that is real time would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is integral to my teams ability to execute and mange workflow on large projects, delegate tasks, create a space for asynchronous collaboration, and keep track of projects in order to report to the wider firm.
