What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has a robust feature set and is a useful tool for streamlining workflows and producitvity. Some of the features I have used include project management, atomations and workflows, reporting and analytics, as well as integrating with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things to consider when using Smartsheet, namely the learnign curve for new users, the limited ability to customize, performance issues with large sheets, and the user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has helped by providing an environment in which multipe teams can collaborate fast and effectively.
Smartsheet is a great shareable platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can take a spreadsheet from excel import it into smartsheet and easily share with internal and external stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forumulas to perform cell based calulations are complex and sometime complicated to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I create item numbers and I have created a smartsheet which easily tracks and calculates the next range or next item number which needs to be calculated.
Effective organization, few bugs.

Seamless use, multipl people can easily use a smartsheet at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a little slow. I do not have many complaints.

Orgazing progress on projects.
Great for Project Management, Makes Information Sharing Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how information is linked across sheets/reports/dashboards. It cuts down on the number of things I have to update manually and always provides the most up-to-date information. I use smartsheet every day, and it has helped me to organize information and display it in different ways for a range of audiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many people at my company know how to use Smartsheet and prefer other methods of communication. Additionally, it's not good at data manipulation or complex data displays on dashboards. ie it's much better at turning qualitative data and dates into quantitive metrics than starting with quantitive data and getting metrics out of that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project organization and tracking on a micro and macro scale. Helps track the day-to-day milestones and dates but also allows for a zoomed-out view of how the portfolio is doing overall and highlights areas of imrpovement through metrics. Makes it easier for me as a PM to see everything upcoming and allocate resources accordingly.
The Easiest way to quickly set up tools to help manage your teams and data
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that the learning curve isn't bad. Its easy to get started with templates and build around them . After a while you can go without templates and freeform as needed but in many cases I stil go back to some key templates as it saves me time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
So there are a few items that seem not to work and I can't find a good work around. such as the inability to use a report in the metric widget. Seems like a logic way to do it yet its not possible to even try so total counts for example in a report I can can't put a big metric shoing how large our pipeline has grow or otal certification earned etc. Also some basic spreadsheets functions you can do on google sheets or excel are missing here and wuld be nice to have. Another is dropdown with multiselect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to scale worldwide and consoludate the multitude of spreadsheets into one tool is very helpful. It helps us visualize to our leadership the work that is being done and the goals we are accomplishing

What do you like best about the product?
I love the dashboard aspect. It can take several sheets and merge the data to give an attractive overview.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the programming seems above me at times. I really want to be able to utilize this more with the company financials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
currenty. we are using this for montiroing our business development team, almost as a CRM tool.
Smartsheet for Smart Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Smartsheet is completely customizable to fit whatever need a project has. It has centralized all of our project documents and virtually replaced Excel for me on a day-to-day basis. The format is also easy for everyone on our team to navigate, not just the project managers which was a big complaint with our previous project management software that moving to Smartsheet solved for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Smartsheet is so customizable, it takes a lot of time to get it up and running in a meaningful way. Thankfully we have a person on our team who was dedicated to making this program works for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has created a centralized place for all project information from schedules, to cost reports. We also utilize dashboards to house all of the imporant links for a project in one place. This is a hub for stakeholders and project team members to be able to quickly find whatever they are looking for without needing to go through the PM.
All positive. User friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly and eqasy to navigate. It helps myself keep organized with our daily production and keep me updated on what goes on in our shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes columns seem to move and I haven't figured out why yet.

Keeping a straight calendar of what needs to be done daily.

Searching for something is not easy. I'll search for something I know is within a sheet but it will tell me it is not there.
