Very easy to use and operate.
What do you like best about the product?
That you are able to track things better than having to track down the paperworl.

The most recent update is not my favorite and changed things around a little to much.

Solving our need to always have the paperwork on hand. Everyone can access an order without having a million copies.

Smartsheet is a very helpful tool we utilize everyday!

FINDING MY PAST ORDERS WITH EASE AND KEEPS MY ORDER ORGANIZE. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS ALSO GREAT TO WORK WITH.
What do you dislike about the product?
THE APP MIGHT NEED SOME WORK BUT IS DECENT ENOUGH TO USE OUT IN THE FIELD.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that can be simple or complex depending on your use case and that it can scale easily to meet changing demands. It is very easy to implement basic sheets, but there are enough features available to make it suitable for a broad range of different projects

I don't think there's anything I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for my team to track projects. Our administrator set up a great workflow that guides us through all the necessary steps from start to finish, so we don't have to worry much about project management details.
Smartsheets is a great way to share data and information online with others, in my case, co-workers

Its like excel, butr online. You can can attach files, make comments.

I dont like that they moved the search bar to the left hand side of the screen

Smart sheets acts as a calendar and a data collector in my field of work

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about smartsheets is the ability to locate and organize information based on how you'd like to file and organize. My place of work constant updates and there are always options such as the bell alert that allows you to organize further if you don't have time at that exact moment. For example if you would like to be reminded to send a prospect an email 2 months from today, you can scheule reminders with notes. I use Smartsheets everyday and rely on using a good amount of its features to avoid forgetting tasks I need to get done. When introduced to smartsheets, I was able to learn fairly quickly as it is easy to use and implement into your daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to get used to not being able to search with the search bar up above on the right hand side, otherwise I'm pretty content with Smartsheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to log, track, update and alert your tasks. Because it is cloud based, my updates allow others to see what is done, needs to get done and saves me a ton of time as I don't have to physically alert people in my organization what to do. All they need to do is look at my updates and its ready to go.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Smartsheets is actgively developed and frequently updated. Several of the things I didn't like about Smartsheets in years past have been improved though updates, like the Gantt view.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside to Smartsheet is that it still cannot fully replicate a database software. You can create links between sheets to mimic this, but it's not quite a database replacement, especially if you have a lot of data. Another area I'd like to see improved is the search function. Recent updates have improved it a bit, but I still find it a bit cumbersome to find what I need from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use Smartsheets for procurement. We submit procurement requests via Smartsheets, and track the purchases up through the recieving step. We also manage PTO requests and planning via Smartsheets.
Can be shared with larger team and all the required tabs are there for editing and updating purpose

I need to log in to the smartsheet each and every time when i try to review something eventhough I saved the PWs
