What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet really helps teams stay organized and on time for even the most complex projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not the biggest fan of how you can use templates. I find they don't always work the way I'd like them to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is solving the probelm of xommunicating complex timelines and timeline changes with an entire team. It also streamlines some communications.
Great for Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I love Smartsheet because it allows me to present data to my clients in an easily digestible way. Whether it comes in the form of a report or a dashboard, I have found that it makes my life easier. I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, there are functionalities that I am surprised have not been added. Smartsheet has a strong community that contributes to online forums, and great ideas are often posted there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows me to track and manage my work throughout the project life cycle. My team views cutomized reports and dashboards each morning during our internal standup. There features provide excellent visibility for the internal project team, the client, and executive leadership. Additionally, we are able to get documentation for auditors via the automation feature, which is very helpful.

the filtering options could be easier to understand and when exporting would be nice to keep the filters.

Sometimes feels a bit too complicated and complex.

The ability to have multiple projects on the go, all being tracked and managed similtaneously.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to work with other users on the same file simultaneously. Pretty good functionality for automating notifications. It is possible to attach files and leave comments on the lines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of built-in functionality for the labor intensity of work and calculation of % based on labor intensity. No functionality for deleting rows using automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to edit the project schedule by many participants. There is no need to send the schedule to the participants each time to set the completion percentage .

What do you like best about the product?
My initial attraction to Smartsheet was its simplicity, which still holds great sway over me now. In my position, I required a tool that was not only functional but also intuitive for the entire company. Smartsheet was rapidly adopted by us, from bringing in new hires to passing around the forms that required signatures through Jotform Sign. With a little bit of creative thinking, we transformed this tool into a system that felt like it was designed for us - it integrated into our workflows naturally. I have always advised my coworkers that it is like mixing a couple of familiar apps together, and that flexibility was just what we needed. In addition, through the last few years, I have also integrated the ERP systems with Smartsheet and I have had the privilege of using it with ease as it has been ever since its inception.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we scale up, it is common to use massive datasets thus we get error messages that ask us to reduce the size of information. That kind of reluctancy is not quite okay if the project is at a crucial stage when you require it the most. Additionally, the feature designed for confirming if a row was deleted has not always been dependable, which mandatorily intertwines the rights for managing permissions with permission exercises in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By means of a single template, we roundly brought our project management together thus removing the memory of the spreadsheets we used to have. Besides, thanks to a personalized module that I built, even our requests for leave are digital now - and everything abides by the SPOT rule.

i can track my tasks and make sure i complete them in proper time frame.

there is nothing specific, except creating any new sheet is not thatuser friendly.

we have multiple sites to tackle, and good thing about smatsheet is I dont have to go back & forth on my email to see what ineed to work upon. Smartsheet helps mekeep track of it.
Innovative Program Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet provides integrated project/program management planning and scheduling that can be shared with a diverse multipfunctional team. Dashboards can be easily created to show project status. Alerts and reminders can be provided to those responsbile for specific tasks.. which they can update directly. It is easily implemented enterprize wide.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases one can share a project sheet external of their organization and in other cases it can not (Smarsheet government) ..

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to create dashboards, reports and timings. The integration with our ERP allow us to have the people working in our ERP ans use Smartsheet as a reporting system on real time to get the info from the ERP and have the info in the right way to take decisions to run the business.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that i can do more in the dashboars with the charts, because we need to know trends, a trend line would be awsome in the charts, in the pie charts we do not know to sort from biggest to smallest so we can get "ordered" the pie chart, and what really I do not like is the limit of 20,000 rows in the sheets.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the info is loaded only one time in the ERP, people is working in the ERP, and the info is sent to smartsheet, so we can have info on real time. Additional, as we can transfer info from one sheet to another using Data Mesh, we can have done a lot of work that was done manually in the past.
Beautifully Automated, (Perhaps expectedly) slow with potential accessing issues
What do you like best about the product?
I thourghly enjoyed the automatted gant charts that were created, that were easy to follow. I liked only having to update one single row that then populated across multiple sub sheets. It was reminicent of automation in excel and easy to use. Plus the tutorials were nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often times, spreadsheets took long to open and in times of meetings it became frustrating when I had to flip through different sheets. Sharing sheets across two accounts was also tedious as although I had admin access across both sheets (I believe), when one account was closed, I lost access to the sheet on the other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow management is quite difficult in excel as the automated gantt charts provide a much clearer action path rather than solely using cells. I also liked the reminder feature and being able to send a single sheet to get updates from all
