What do you like best about the product?
We are currently using Smartsheet as a PDCA tool. This allows the team members to to populate a form online which in turn populates my Smartsheet PDCA. Once a a day an email is automatically sent out to remind user of a pending action.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deciding which feature works best for the task at hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows the team to track trends and ensure all customer complaints are attended.

some of the features like duplicating the top cell in the bottom cell like MS excel are missing

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheets is a great tool to keep everything organized. You can track progess, assign tasks and generate dashboard all in one place. For project management it has proven to be effective in summarizing and displaying critical information of the project in a way that is easy to understand for the client and allows us to further explain the next steps as well as any open items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet can be overwhelming for a first time user, especially when there are several workspaces assigned all at once. While the initial home screen is helpful for people with experience in it, it can be overwhelming to see so much information displayed all at once. Additional when setting up sheets from sctatch the set up can be quite confusing and since it offers several costumization options it can take a while to see what each options offers an dthe best way to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheets allows me to have everything in one place! The interconnectivity allows me to have to update one items and then it automatically updates for all other dependent or linked to it which is very helpful and saves me a lot of time.
Helpful product that is easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Smartsheet to keep track of many different areas. It is easy to implement a project and keep track of the process. The automations are a great way to set up when you are doing project management and need others help. There are great webinars that can teach you how to use a lot of the software, and their customer service is great! I use Smartsheet at least weekly in my job, and keep track of multiple projects at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet doesn't integrate as well with other programs that I use.

Large group updates and communication

Smartsheet is similar to Excel, making it easy for my team to learn and use for various purposes. The tool is versatile, meeting the needs of project managers and leaders across different business areas such as IT, accounting, and sales. It offers automation capabilities, allowing users to set up simple tasks like notifications or design complex workflows.

What do you dislike about the product?
However, the mobile application is difficult to use, which undermines the purpose of an enterprise application. Designing complex workflows and automation can also be challenging and time-consuming for new users or managers focused on projects rather than mastering complex tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All tasks and complications my team encounters are visible in the app. Task responsibilities are clearly defined, and users receive direct notifications about upcoming due dates. The tool also includes features for communication through comments and sharing various materials with broad types of attachments. Sheets or workspaces make security easy to manage by controlling who can access the information stored in these areas and what they can do with it.
Overall easy to use and easy to figure out most features

Its straightforward to figure out the functionality for basic purposes, the user interface is clean and easy to navigate
What do you dislike about the product?
I would be curious what else I could use it for, I'm not fully aware of what to use it for beyond our current use which is sharing a list with coworkers. Also, we use this for tracking dates and deadlines, so I'm not sure if we can get email reminders for upcoming deadlines but that would be useful to our team

We use it for a calendar for when to complete certain milestones, so it helps coordinate across multiple teams and allows collaboration on changes in real time

The best opart if you can take pictures of bar codes and for our comapany that is super usefull.

What do you like best about the product?
To me, Smartsheet is invaluable because it enables the management of projects with relative ease but it seems like operating in a spreadsheet. One of the major advantages considered is its ability to connect to other applications, such as Slack or Google Drive, avoiding constant switching between applications. The usability is observable in the management of tasks through the drag and drop feature that has provided a boost to our team productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
A disadvantage of Smartsheet is that the more complex functionalities of the software are rather difficult for new users to master. This may sometimes be a hindrance to our operations because it takes time to go through all these procedures when deadlines are short. Also, customer support replies could be faster sometimes that just aggravates the situation when we have a problem with the equipment. These weaknesses have at times hindered our operations, though in minor ways that do not significantly affect project delivery.
