Great solution for teamwork, collaboration and data consolidation
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to pull data from different sources and present in dashboards. Ability to get data from forms and automate custom actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited visualization options. Some sheets require manual reload to update third sheets/reports/dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One point place to review Tier1 meeting data, we can all go to one sheet and both, gather and submit data that will escalate to other meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Smarthseet is a great tool that comes with a wide variety of templates that are easily customizable to meet the project management needs of our organization. The app makes it extremely easy to stay on top of projects, even while away from the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the templates can be over generalized, but with some training in Smartsheet University, anyone can customize the products to fit your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has helped our organization track current marketing and communication projects in real time. It also has helped us to catalog frequently used support material for all departments.

I like how versatile it is with collaboration. I can easly collorborate with teammates with out setting up meetings to get the latest updates on tasks. I also like the automated workflows that are built into the applciaiton - this makes my job easier and helps that i dont foerget anyting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve for advanced features without tranining. Also there appears to be some limitation on reporting.

Streamlining project coordination for information, tasks and timelines. Also helps improve accountability and transparency with tasks and deadlines.

We've been using Smartsheet for nearly five years now, and the experience has been excellent. It has greatly improved our project management and collaboration, allowing us to streamline workflows and maintain better organization. The platform's versatility and user-friendly interface have made it an invaluable tool for our team.

Smartsheet is solving problems related to project management, task tracking, and team collaboration. It benefits us by streamlining workflows, improving communication, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. Its flexibility and automation features save us time and keep our processes organized and efficient.
Collaborative powerhouse for program management
What do you like best about the product?
We use Smartsheet for program and project management. The ability to have multiple editors/contributors and a separate list of viewers is beneficial to keep errant key strokes from disrupting the plans we have made. We started with a template that a coworker had used prior and found it easy to jump right in and now use it weekly to keep the project progress updated for everyone to see. I've reached out to customer service a couple of times and they were always quick to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything specific that I don't like, now that we are on the enterprise version. Prior to implementing the enterprise version, we had some issues with permissions that stalled the work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is giving our cross functional team a singular method of reporting throughout the business and a collaborative manner in which we can provide updates.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and detailed descriptions of functions. Easy to learn very quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard widgets are very veryyy limited and sometimes annoying. Dashboards need to be very focused on real estate because i dont want to scroll through a dashboard. So its annoying when i cant hide axis titles or units on graphs and charts. the widgets are not customizable at all and it limits my use substantially.
the sheets are also very limited compared to excel and porting data from excel to smartsheet isnt ideal. a lot of formulas are lost and the functionality isnt great

collaborating on one tool in one place. ease of use and can be used easily by many people of different levels of education

It's super helpfull to keep everything in track

You don't have tabs enough like in excel.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet give us the oportunity to make workteams in an easy way and having the benefit of always online (cloud based), it's simple and intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think all is good since is pretty simple to use, if they make chances please keep it in that way.

Very useful and user friendly tool
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet allows me to automate part of my work and customize processes as needed. It is also very helpfull to receive/request information and keep an organized dataset that can be shared with all teamembers. The integration with other tools like Power BI is valuable as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if sheets were optimized to work better with column formulas. Depending on the amount of information, the operation is not fluid and sometimes impossible to use. It would also be nice to be able to store larger amounts of information in just one sheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows me to automate certain tasks and makes it easier/more efficient to notify people involved in the processes. It is also useful for storing information used in reporting and for sharing information with different members of the company. Forms are also very useful for receiving requests from stakeholders and automated notifications make work more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use, the storage of all my smartsheet files, the ability to stay organized, and the platform in general. Love the attachment on the lines for reference materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to be able to merge cells. Would also like a simplification of the mathematical features when working with numbers/figures. Right now, the math functions are difficult to type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A place to store all smartsheets and keep my sheets organized/tidy. It's allowing us to track workflow on different initiatives. Also, various reporting.
