Smartsheet enhances team efficiency and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is easy to use, especially for those familiar with spreadsheets with an intuitive interface. It enables efficient team communication with task assignments, due dates, and file attachments. Saves time with workflows that handle repetitive tasks automatically. Offers a quick overview of project progress and key metrics. Works well with tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
May slow down with large data sets or complex formulas. The mobile app has limited features compared to the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet solves our challenges in communication, task management, and project oversight by centralizing our collaboration on one platform. It allows us to track tasks, set priorities, and automate reminders, significantly boosting productivity and ensuring timely completion. The customizable dashboards provide clear project visibility, enabling quick identification of issues and informed decision-making. Overall, Smartsheet streamlines our workflow, leading to more efficient operations and better project outcomes.
User friendly product
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been rather user friendly and easy for new people on my team to navigate. I also like that there are smartsheet trainings offered throughought the year, making it a wonderful resource for those who are looking to develop their skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the rounding within smartsheets can be a pain. When transferring budgets from a Microsoft Excel into Smartsheets, often times there is a variance/discrepancy due to rounding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows multiple people to be in a document at once with live updates made by multiple people. This streamlines efficiency and increases team productivity.

Its very helpful and easy to use, anyone can use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should has more options to make reports or graphics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its benefiting me because I can work on differents documents and all of my co-workers can see it and edit it if they need to do it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Smartsheet is fairly easy to use and figure out for first time users, and advanced users have the ability to link projects together seamlessly once they understand the functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few restrictions in Smartsheet that can present some challenges, and sometimes you don't know those limitations until you need to use a specific feature or update a process. (I can't think of anything specific right now, but definitely ran into an issue with updating permissions on a recent project)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration that was previously handled/managed through Google Docs.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that SmartSheet can seamlessly have multiple collaborators in one document. Other platforms and software say they do but I have found it's a lot easier with SmartSheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish in terms of formulas it was similar to Excel it would make it a lot easier for continued efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for great project management based on organizational and collaborating capabilities. It enables us to avoid missing deadlines and know what is ahead for the year.
Using SmartSheet for the first time was very easy for me to use and navigate.

Having the ability to add files to rows so everything is in one place.
Smartsheet Use has made things easier to track and keep a check on all the tasks.

It has made things easier to track and keep a check on all the tasks. Since it is automated, so chances of manual error is also relatively lesser.

Sometimes, it gets a bit confusing . Once you have a thorough understanding, things get simpler.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating new Sheets and Charts, Sharing Capablilties, and different views for each Sheet
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is how much a collaborator is limited if they do not have a license for Smartsheet. They should be able to add a note or enter a completion date at the very least.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to produce a schedule that can be shared with our vendor or other Project Managers in minutes.

Lots of video tutorials for performing many tasks. Like a Smartsheet University

Filtering takes a little brain power to think of how to filter to give what you need.

What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheets does take some time to get proficent at, the Formula creation and controls do require alot of getting used to but once you have practiced and keep determined after awhile it becomes very easy and very User friendly,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheets can easily generate reports, email scheduled reports and send real time updates, Prior to Smartsheet this was very manual, especailly in my Documentation QMS , Smartsheets has improved this process and communication immensley.
