What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is very helpful in collaborating across organizations. I have several clients that use different hubs on Smartsheet, and it's simple to switch between dashboards. The options for automation within sheets are very helpful and make it easy to keep up with the expectations for ongoing work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a bit of a learning curve when switching over to the software. Not too difficult, but requires you to dedicate some time to learning the mechanisms. You need to be very specific in your expectations of what SS can be used for and what it can't be used for, as too much information in the dashboards can get clunky and confusing quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps keep all project information in one place that is easily accessible, which saves time when trying to file/update other team members.
Keeps Me Organized and On Track
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is really easy to use. The system is very clean, simple to navigate, and the tools are intuitive. I like how customizable it is and how quickly I can set up sheets to fit my needs. Collaboration is seamless — it’s easy to share with teammates, track progress, and keep everyone on the same page. The ability to automate workflows and set reminders saves me a lot of time, and I appreciate that everything updates in real time. Overall, it’s a great platform for staying organized and managing projects efficiently. I use Smartsheet daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version isn’t as smooth as the desktop version, so I prefer working on my computer. It can feel a bit pricey if you only need basic features

Smartsheet helps me track all resident feedback and complaints in one place, making it easy to stay organized and ensure nothing is missed. I use it to follow up with community managers and other company personnel, which keeps communication clear and makes resolving issues much faster. This has improved accountability and helped streamline the entire follow-up process.
An Essential Tool for Collaboration and Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet stands out as an incredibly comprehensive project management tool, which truly shines for its ability to integrate different workflows in one place. For me, the main advantage is the synergy it creates among teams; instead of using several disconnected tools, everyone can work in the same environment, with full visibility of activities, deadlines, and resources. This eliminates duplication of efforts, reduces errors, and speeds up decision-making, as the information is always up-to-date and accessible to all team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement would be the initial learning curve for new users. Although the interface is powerful, the number of features and options can be a bit intimidating for beginners. I suggest a basic and quick review for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Smartsheet is helping to solve is disorganization and lack of visibility in projects. Previously, communication and task tracking could be fragmented across emails, separate spreadsheets, and instant messages. This resulted in loss of information and difficulty in knowing the real status of each activity. Now, with Smartsheet, all project information is in one place.

Slow loading times, Table view is missing features that grid view has.

Helpful for task management, very much a learned skill
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has provided us a=with an effective task management tracking system, from simple cleaning/maintenance logs to full-scale strategic plans. It has been easily accessible for all staff through the creation of forms, and has been rolled out throughout the company for daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the corporate space dominated by excel and Google sheets, it has taken a while for us to get our heads around new technologies and learn how to use them effectively. In sharing these sheets with external providers, it can also pose an issue from a familiarity perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us streamline tasks and workflows as well as create a more user-friendly and collaborative space to develop plans and budgets.
First time using smartsheets!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the color coordinating and the streamlining capabilities that smartsheet has.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is my first time using smartsheet so i will say it is not very user friendly. It takes a while to adjust to all of the features that smartsheet offers. Navigating the pages is a little hard.

Collaborating with different teams and departments can be time-sensitive and SMartsheet has allowed for seamless updates and communication.

We use smartsheet as our main project flow chart, to be able to see clearly how far into a project we are and where we're meant to be in a simple bar graph makes it quick and easy to explain our goals to our team

I would like to see a view only mode. away for people to view like sheets without interacting with them

Time management and scheduling, communications across current and future projects as well as estimating for project as where we are with production times
Intuitive and Insightful
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, collaborative, and flexible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Roll up reports are rigid in structure, so making changes (i.e., adding a field) requires going into each sheet to adjust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me track projects, plan dates, and conduct UAT easily.
Smartsheet: Powerful Features with ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Smartsheet is that it feels a lot like Excel, which me and my team are already very familiar with. That makes it really easy for me to explain to new users in my team how to use it. Another feature we love is the ability to work on it simultaneously without disturbing each other’s work. I also don’t have to constantly follow up with my team since I can set auto-reminders for when a task is due. It was very smooth implementing Smartsheet for a new client too, they found it easy to pick up. The integration with Excel is especially useful for us and saves a lot of time. Honestly, there’s not a single day we don’t end up using Smartsheet. And even if we do face a problem, my tech team resolves it quickly without any delay.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet does come with a high price tag, which makes it expensive for us. Learning automation in Smartsheet has also been a tough task for my team. Another limitation is that I can’t work on it without an internet connection, which can be inconvenient at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps me keep all my tasks sorted, integrate smoothly with Excel, and send automatic reminders to my team so I don’t have to keep reminding them manually. Because of this, we’ve never missed a major deadline, and my clients have been really happy with that.
