Smartsheet Use has made things easier to track and keep a check on all the tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
It has made things easier to track and keep a check on all the tasks. Since it is automated, so chances of manual error is also relatively lesser.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it gets a bit confusing . Once you have a thorough understanding, things get simpler.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating new Sheets and Charts, Sharing Capablilties, and different views for each Sheet
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is how much a collaborator is limited if they do not have a license for Smartsheet. They should be able to add a note or enter a completion date at the very least.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to produce a schedule that can be shared with our vendor or other Project Managers in minutes.

Lots of video tutorials for performing many tasks. Like a Smartsheet University

Filtering takes a little brain power to think of how to filter to give what you need.

Ensures that all stakeholders are informed and have visibility into the project, as communication is key.

What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheets does take some time to get proficent at, the Formula creation and controls do require alot of getting used to but once you have practiced and keep determined after awhile it becomes very easy and very User friendly,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheets can easily generate reports, email scheduled reports and send real time updates, Prior to Smartsheet this was very manual, especailly in my Documentation QMS , Smartsheets has improved this process and communication immensley.
I use smart sheet to track my own projects as well as for the larger team for a committee I run.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about smartsheet is being able to the status of a task in real time while at the same time being able to ping them. Sending out alerts in either real time or on reocurring basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting that smartsheet provides could be improved. I find myself exporting data from smartsheet often just so I could put data into a pivot table for a more concise picture.

We are able to house projects, keep track of inventory, and have archived data readily available.
