Very great experience and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it notifies other team members of tasks assigned to them or to show that there has been a change made

I wish I was able to better organize the sheets for various tasks

It is helping me track project deliverables and ensuring everyone is up to date
It's a good tool and I use it for work.

It's very easy to use and I use it for work, colaborating with my team and also to keep me on track.

I used Trello in the past and I would like more of those capabilities included in Smartsheet.

Recommendation
What do you like best about the product?
Mimicking the look and functionality of a spreadsheet makes the learning curve so small. It's easy to reorder rows, edit settings, and set task reminders for team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to establish master settings for all of our projects (i.e., block out Christmas and NYE at a higher level and from year to year, instead of w/in each project and a year at a time). Also, for our business account with multiple licenses, it would be good to have the option to automatically share projects with the other license holders on our team.
But most of all, I would like for the default setting when non-licensed invitees establish their profiles to NOT be to request a license. It is confusing to the team members, and I have had to explain too many times that they do not need a license to proceed. It slows us down, and, quite frankly, is a somewhat deceptive practice.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has made it easy to create and update project schedules and set individual and group reminders for specific tasks. Since establishing our account we have saved hours of work for our PMs and on each project.
Smartsheet helps automate many tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
Automation and condition-based notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited rows, no dropdown filters, and some notifications only display horizontally in emails.

Solved manual notifications and approvals. Great at documenting projects.
Automated Tracking and Dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to track and keep data inside of one software while it is constantly updating a live dashboard. The community help forums and formula help windows have been a life saver when it comes to metrics and data calculations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is lacking due to the inability to submit issues and then inaccurate status updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has been come out day to day analytics software. We track most operations through it and report out using the dashboard functions.
Smartsheet is great for data management, and you can also have on the go by having their App.

wesbite can sometimes have some minor lags but not so often.

Smartsheet makes it very easy to track our individual items and keep them organized. It is very easy to access and offers some great visualization tools for data.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I know, a lot of the same functions could be done in Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is allowing me to keep track of projects and their current status, which allows me to determine what I should be doing and what needs my attention at any given time.
Smartsheet is very effective in helping my team stay organized & automate communication to our team.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the automation. Having the ability to automate communication to our vendors is invaluable and saves my small team a lot of time that we would not otherwise have. It is incredibly easy to setup and the interface is very user friendly. We use this feature multiple times a week and rarely experience issues (when we do they are almost always easily fixed). It seemlessly integrates into our workflow making for a great overall experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I love most of the functionalities, I wish that we had the option to use XLOOKUP instead of VLOOKUP since this is what I prefer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to lose track of the various moving pieces in our business, but Smartsheet helps us keep all of our data in a central location that easily helps us collaborate with the various teams across our broader company. Remaining organized is paramount to our success, and Smartsheet is an integral part of that success.
A one stop solution for most of the HR/Admin Needs
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize data, graphically represent them and the also the convenience of easy communication with team members on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The features offered in the calendar view is not satisfactory

It helps to keep everything organised, retrieve data when necessary and also display the data graphically using KPI that I want.
