What do you like best about the product?
I like the online access with different permissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filters are a nightmare, I wish its use was was a more dynamic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The multiple users access and collaboration has been great for the Company. The access we can grant to people outside of the project to review and not edit has also been incredibly useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is basically an improved version of Excel that helps keep track of project status. I particularly like the fact that with Smartsheet I am allowed to choose my style, which can be the Kanban board for visual tasks or a task list for daily ones. A traditional sheet could also be used in detail. I have been using it on a daily basis in my job. One of the greatest perks has been the ability to produce dashboards or reports, especially to top management, which I can share instantly and which I have found the most productive thus far. The migration to Smartsheet was also a very smooth one for us, mainly due to its simple interface and excellent customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I started using Smartsheet, I thought it would be better than Excel, but there were times when it lacked some of the sales-integration features. The community forums, which provide support for these tools and mention them as those that Smartsheet is likely to be working on the road map but are not yet on the list, have proven to be a good source of information. However, I can still rely on the assistance of the community forums for support, as they happily share tehir solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has been the key to the organization of my projects. It facilitated the process of tracking and communicating the progress of projects so efficiently that I could overview my work clearly instead of dwelling in too many details which made it simple for me to present the progress and status to managers.

What do you like best about the product?
collaboration with others, timing and scheduling features, formulas that create smooth and efficient work. Attachments and comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
pivots and vlookups that aren't so intuitive. certain excel functionability which is missing .

Managing a joint calendar with other teams, reimbursing employees based on their expenses submitted via smartsheets

Need to imporve back up , every supporting document should have seprate folder as per data uploaded

Meet business requirement
Great for big picture all the way down to detailed planning and scheduling!
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet really helps with big picture planning and scheduling, but also allows you to itemize out tasks in order to get a more complete view of timelines and where things may be getting slowed down. It is easy once you have all the dependencies set up to change the delivery date of one thing and see how it affects the end product dates. This really helps with prioritization and planning across the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet does have a learning curve. You have to put in some effort in order to get the most out of it, but once you have done that things do work really seamlessly with one another! I have also found that sometimes when you have the dependancies set up, there can be a delay in updating the information across multiple different pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps with prioritization and planning work. It helps us to stay on track and be able to allocate more resources to areas that are slowing down or holding up us from reaching big milestones.

Free training videos, community help. Easy to pick up on if familiar with excel, able to publish a document so others can view it.

Need internet access, depending on tier purchase you may run out of available sheets that you can add.
