Spreadsheet Success
What do you like best about the product?
The interactiveness of having a spreadsheet that multiple users can access at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have all the functionality of Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy tracking for out clients Required Minimum Distributions - to which we have thousands.
The onformation found within Smartsheet is adequate for our purpose.

Smartsheets has a lot of functionality that allows for collaboration, tracking activities, and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Smartsheets has so many functions, the app can feel overwhelming, especially for new personnel. I am usualyl very comfortable switching to new software and can catch on pretty quickly, but Smartsheets took a bit longer than most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My personnal to do list, team-specific to do lists, tracking documentation progress and keeping individuals informed.
Workflows ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is easy to be used with in a company as it allows many users to work at the same to report. I have used a lot of the forms to reports feature and am impressed with the workflows that can be built within Smartsheet. Its very easy to make it possible to create a who order entry tracking process for me company.
What do you dislike about the product?
There a few features that can use some updating in the Workflow automation feature however the Smartsheet commmunity has already brought up these minor updates and im sure the developers are in the process of making them happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had an issue tracking order entrys and specifically changes to orders after they were entered. Smartsheet made this tracking possible and easy to do.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to pull information from one page to the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just need more indepth training. Most of what I learned was from other users who had figured it out on their own. I like self learning and not having to ask others for education. Courses are limited and don't give the details that are needed to build dashboards etc. Not every company will pay the high price for the unlimited course plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick stop for dashboards and overall project status. Great way to share with committees and leadership teams.
Versatile and feature-rich project management software
What do you like best about the product?
The document review feature allows for easy review of any documents in pdf or image format. I regularly used it for design checks within the team
What do you dislike about the product?
It was not easy to share sheets with customers where you might want to hide some of the columns or rows.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainitiainig different sheets with same data, if we link those sheet only one sheet is updated every other sheet has same date. No need to individaully update each sheet or projcet plans.
Streamlining Project Managementwith Smartsheets
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheets automation works well with our business. The reminder emails and different type of worksheets we are able to create assists trememdously. Once we got to know the product it was easy to set up and implement into our day to day work. I use Smartsheets daily and monthly to assist me with Timesheets and different documents that was previously set up. We are able to enhance our spreadsheets with ease especially with the assistance of Customer Support which is quite helpfull. The dashboards makes it easy for a first off check before going into detail of each section.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the ad on's like Resource Management is quite expensive for a small business. Smartsheets offers a few things but it has to be paid for seperately. The filter options on the worksheets is not too user friendly. Although Smartsheets does offer integration, the set ups and managing these tools can be cumbersome. We have experienced a few times where our workflows fail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have in the past made use of excel for our timesheets. We now integrate with Outlook to get an automated timesheet report for all our employees. This means less time the employees are spending on their timesheets and more accurate workflow.
We also make use of the Email automation with worksheets where new employees or Independant Contractors are requested to complete information and it gets automatically populated in a spreadsheet in Smartsheets. This again leaves us less time to follow up for the information and ensure that we have all the information required.

Efficient and streamlined process
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to export in various formats, this integration function along with templates and live sharing allows me to easily share reports with external parties across different databases. I use smartsheet daily to manage my project timelines, this in turn allows me to implement a live tracking system that can be shared with my Account Management team. We use smartsheet to capture and track our project deliverables, thereby guaranteeing optimal organization strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have to pay for additional access (multiple users). I also don't like the difference in formatting when exporting to excel; when I have images inserted in cells, they shrink in the excel cell format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management and project collaboration. I work with a large team with different deliverables, Smartsheet allows me to efficiently communicate and manage the workflow with our Accounts team and with the client.
Good for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Checks all the boxes for a cloudbased project management software, good for highly collaborative companies like mine. I like having multiple different views of the sheets and find the filter/sort function to be useful
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally can be frustrating to create custom dashboards that are needed for projects, and there have been a few times that i haven't had the features that i need to acomplish my task. I wish there were a feature that allowed for more than one tab on a single file.

Project Management tracking and reporting. Used for task lists, schedules, dashboards, collaborative efforts and budgets. Helpful that multiple departments can work on similar tools and integrate with other sheets and collaborators
