Smart Sheets is Fluid and Offers Great Organization and Auto-mization
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheets offers great auto-mization flows and is perfect for setting up proper work flows. Smartsheet also offers great dashboard features to easily manage and organize documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something smartsheets could offer would be multiple tabs inside of a single smart sheet, much like excel or googld sheets would offer. This is an addition that would help organize multiple documents within a single upload sheet keeping things organized and manageable

Work flow optimization, organization, company wide implementation

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Smartsheet integrates common Office tools like Excel and Teams, along with PowerBI and has them all feed into one place. It's great that all these different products are able to feed into one database like Smartsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many pieces & parts, I feel like I am not using it to capacity. I need to start with the very basic of beginner training and build from there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have multiple people make edits in the sheets at the same time and push live updates. It saves time & space by not having to save multiple versions of the same file.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has so many functions and capabilities. I love the ability to do so many tasks - from project management to data tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is not being able to format each individual cell in some of my sheets. I have an easier job doing that in other programs, but the ability to have everything in one place (Smartsheet) really outweighs that con for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows cross collaboration in one app. We can upload multiple versions of a document and track changes, meet deadlines and never miss a project milestone because it's lost in an email.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that smart sheets are able to shared across multiple parties, that they're live. the best feature is for work flows and notifications on projects that when boxes are filled in, it will notify the next party that they have an assignment that's ready for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
i'm very use to Excel so many of the features on smart sheets are similar, however there are some small differences that i always have to remember i can't do on Smartsheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the notification feature, when Marketing Finishes brochures they can fill in a box and it let's sales know they're ready to start their campaigning, when campaigns are done they can fill out a box and it notifys the construction team, when they're done it notifies our architecture team. work flows are made easy, notifications become integrated.
Smartsheet has helped our team create workflows and maintain visibility over our tasks.

Most helpful features about Smartsheet are ease of implementation within team members, functionality across multiple sheets, and compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formulas are not as powerful as other platforms (e.g., Google Sheets, MS Excel, etc.).

Creation of workflows, timelines, and record keeping.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet helps with the task management and planning for my team. It is easy to create and track the task. I like that smartsheet can be used by multiple users at the same time and can effortlessly share data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough features are availalbe similar to other product such excel. I also would like smartsheet to support export to different formats.

Being able to collaborate with team members on the same product - providing different types of access depending on each team member's need

Being able to appl filters directly to the top of each column (like in Excel)

Helping to keep task management on track within different projects and hold team members accoutable with assigned deadlines

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet’s formula functionalities are a big plus over competitors. If you’re into complex data management, you’ll appreciate how powerful and flexible they are. You can create detailed, customized calculations and automate a lot of processes, which is a huge plus over other tools I’ve tried.
Another standout feature is the customizable dashboards. You can really tailor them to fit your needs, which makes it super easy to get a snapshot of your projects and track progress. It’s a great way to keep everything organized and give leadership that high level visibility at a glance.
The user permissions and security are also top-notch. You can set detailed access controls, which is great for managing who sees what and keeping sensitive data secure.

What do you dislike about the product?
On the flip side, getting started with Smartsheet is a bit of a nightmare. The learning curve is pretty steep, and it takes a lot of time to get up to speed. Onboarding new team members can be a real pain, as the interface is not self-intuitive and overwhelming at first.
One more thing that’s been a major hassle is the lack of auto-save. It’s incredibly frustrating to lose your work if you forget to save manually. It’s a small thing that adds up to a lot of extra stress. I don't understand how this hasn't been implemented yet!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one problem that Smartsheet solves for me is giving leadership high-level visibility into my team's work using their complex dashboards. Additionally, the security features also allows my team to set the right permissions for projects depending on our stakeholders since we deal with a lot of sensitive data.

I like that Smartsheet is web and app based so I can use it on all my devices.

The subscription cost if it is not covered by your business.

Great Project Management Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Smartsheet is being able to centralize project manaegment resources such as deadlines, project status, key target dates, and live document sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
An area of improvemnt, in my opinion, can be how cells, rows, and columns appear. Sometimes It's hard organize information when being contricted to simple rows and column. Being able to merge cells would be super helpful.

Smartsheet is helping to solve the issue of accessible documentation across intradepartamental workflow management.
