What do you like best about the product?
I really love how much it has helped streamline out creative request process. The submission form has made it much easier for memebers of my company to submit a creative request to out team and the sheets help to keep it all organized. Before we were receiving requests by email and having to keep track of it all manually.
Having one place where all the request information is layed out clearly, assets can be reviwed and we can mark the progress of the project has been a game changer. It has also been nice to be able to show the volume of requests we get. I want to continue to dive deeper into smartsheets capabilities and see how else we can utilize it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find that we get an error message a lot and a few times a month we can't access the sheet at all. This issue is usually resolved within an hour but it is very frustrating when it happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to have all our creative request in one place and the proofing section provides a easy to use space for the requester to mark an additional edits needed.
Robust, all-in-one collaboration tool...for those who can afford it.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the workflows! It takes a little bit of work on the front end but once you have your workflows established it saves so much time. Prior to Smartsheet I had a list of tasks related to a project and was constantly managing email chains with various team members. Smartsheet has almost completely eliminated these email chains.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly, the only thing I dislike is the pricing. I came from a company that had access to most of the features so I knew what it was capable of, but the job I'm in now is a non-profit and we can't afford to pay for the best features of Smartsheet. We still use it's basic functions, but I admit that the pricing has me looking at other options to see if there's something more affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One basic but important problem it has solved for us is maintenance requests. Before I was managing mutiple emails per day with various maintenance requests, but with Smartsheet I was able to set-up a maintenenance request form that notifies the appropriate people of what needs done. It has also been a game changer for event managament. We have several recurring events each year so to be able to use a template for each event that has all of our tasks already set-up is a huge time saver.
A wonderful Project Management Tool which aids in Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The product's versatility and user-friendly interface. The platform is very similar to a spreadsheet with powerful project management features, hence making it easy to to do a lot of tasks and track progress of the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting capabilities are limited which could be a frustration for a few users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving problems in project management, task management and rea-time collaboration sphere.
Excellent Spreadsheet Tool for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration features are outstanding. My team uses Smartsheet for various reasons, but I am involved most with the Smartsheets that track project progress and collaboration. Being able to track the status of goals and projects and share them across a network of people allows for tasks to be completed more efficiently. Furthermore, I find it a natural program to use and implement. I was trained primarily in Excel, and many of the skills are transferrable from that program to Smartsheet. This encourages me to use the program more and more as I dive deeper into my career.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of centralized file management is frustrating. If something were to happen to our data or lose access to a time-sensitive project, we are at the mercy of Smartsheet themselves and how quickly they can turn around the issue. This issue has not presented itself yet, but it remains a potential problem moving forward
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned earlier, Smartsheet allows my team to have a centralized, shareable file to track ongoing project status. This leads to an increase in efficiency and communication.

- That it covers a wide range of capabilities like sheets, reports, dashboards, summaries and that you can connect them alltogether

- The dashboard consume a lot of memory. Big dashboards therefore start lagging and are not as smooth to edit anymore
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Program/project planning: Project plans are easy to set up and also can be linked to other project plans. The creation of reports and extracting specific data is useful to keep track of for example off-track activities in a project plan. The dashboard option is a great feature to compromise most important information and making it more visual by pulling together information from multiple reports and project plans

So simple to set up with custom information, Templates etc. Easy for other end users to use what you have created also. Hihly adaptable solition.

Some of the adaptations can be a bit tricky to impliment but there is a help section that can support

We utilize smartsheet for billing. Its easy to recreate on dashboard and mimic for the rest of my clients

one we publish our dashboards we can still manipulate dates which can through off our process.

Smartsheet vs. Microsoft Project: A User-Friendly Approach to Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is super easy to use. The way it looks and works is simple and friendly, so even people who don’t know much about project stuff can use it. Microsoft Project is kinda confusing and has too many things going on, but Smartsheet is different. You can start your projects fast without getting lost. Even though it’s simple, it still has everything you need to get work done and work with your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, I got kinda annoyed 'cause Smartsheet looks like Excel but doesn’t work the same way. I kept trying to use Excel shortcuts, but they didn’t work, and that was frustrating. But after using Smartsheet more, I got used to it and don’t mind it anymore. It didn’t take long to learn, and Smartsheet’s good stuff made up for the little problems I had at the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet has made it way easier for people to help out in my projects. Since it’s so easy to use, even team members who aren’t good with tech can do stuff in the project. Now, I don’t have to do everything by myself, which saves time and makes sure the info is right and up-to-date. Smartsheet’s teamwork stuff makes it easy for everyone to join in, so our projects run better and faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that's a really the easiest way to manage tasks and align everybody so they can see the overall picture of what's ahead I find it's the easiest way to get all of the tasks in one place and then assign those tasks and manage them so as great peace of mind with that
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everybody loves gun charts um so sometimes it can be challenging to get people to buy into using the system but usually reminding that they can just see a grid view is enough to get them started
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smart child allows me to plan and change the plan as developing projects are ongoing so I can create placeholders for future stages set some baselines and targets but where I need to change I can easily change and I can breakdown and I just keep adding child tasks as things come up so that we can keep everything in one place
Very easy for team collaboration

Very straght forward, it's just like the excel we are using on a daily basis,

Sometime the data will be disappreared when I was typing for some reasons.

By using smartsheet, the live data provides the updates and progress when doing team project. we use smartsheet to commincate with Software developemt team as well, it's a good place to keep all the comminication.
