Userfriendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is an Userfriendly platform to track the projects.

sometimes it i tricky to find the preferred templates or use APIs.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is a user friendly project management solution having the simplicity of spreadsheets is combined with strong features like automation and real-time collaboration . It's excellent for groups trying to organize work more efficiently, but it could feel constrained for intricate projects. Even while it can be expensive for smaller teams, it's still a good option for productive, cooperative work management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet can be a bit on the expensive side for smaller teams and may not give as many advanced features needed for more complex project management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By offering a consolidated platform for real-time project management, Smartsheet solves broken workflows and ineffective teamwork. Task tracking, team coordination, and meeting deadlines are all made simpler by its automation tools and configurable dashboards, which also improve productivity and decision-making.
Highly customizable for projects but lags with Mobile app functionality

Smartsheet offers great customization, allowing users to tailor it to fit various project management methodologies and workflows.

While mobile access is available, the mobile experience might not be as vital or intuitive as the desktop version.

Improving visibility through real-time information updates and customizable dashboards.
Smartsheets allows me to consolidate my record keeping to one electronic storage center

The ability to use it anywhere that has an internet conenction and add as many users as needed

NOt much technical support, or sales people willing to help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no logner have to store or records on paper and in folders/inders. Everythign is stored online and easily searchable
Webforms are amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
Building webforms and tracking responses to them are very efficient and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had only positive experiences with SmartSheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was problematic for us when there wasn't conditional formatting in the webform but that has been solved and it works very well.
A Very Positive Experience, albeit with a limited scope of use
What do you like best about the product?
The thing that I like best about Smartsheet is the relative low burden to training for my coworkers, at least for basic use of the shared Sheets. Before I had a lot of information on Excel that required sharing and communication with coworkers daily/weekly which caused a lot of communication issues. This has cut down on those issues immensely. The notification emails when users make changes have also been incredibly helpful, as has customer service and online forums to implement things like workflow automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a dropdown style filter choice for filtering a column- it is possible that there is and I just missed it. Also I love that I can attach things for a certain row but I wish the designation that there is an attachments was larger/clearer. Otherwise most of my issues are with my tech illiterate coworkers and not the platform :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cutting down on an immense amount of bureaucratic communication. As a tech person this was my biggest headache at work before!

What do you like best about the product?
Colaboration with the team and the ability to notify tasks and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once Filtered you cannot sort. There is so much training, understanding the basics and is a challange. Set us up better for success once the purchase is completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Colaboration in real time has been a huge benifit. We started with 1 division using smart sheet and now have more.
Great tool for organizing your team!
What do you like best about the product?
It has lots of functionality and is very flexible and versatile! We use it for all sorts of things from HR and project management to engineering and it fits the bill for them all

No serious complaints. I haven't stress tested it enough to really have serious complaints

It lets us manage all sorts of input sheets for teams to communicate with each other, alongside creating great company wide dashboards full of important info and references
Smartsheet Is Awesome and I Wish Everyone Would Use It
What do you like best about the product?
I like Smartsheet because of its clean design, which makes navigating and organizing projects intuitive and straightforward. The streamlined data analysis features are a big plus for me, as they allow me to quickly interpret and act on the information without getting bogged down in complexity. Overall, it just feels like a tool that really supports efficient project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
My issues with Smartsheet are limitations in customization and the learning curve for new users. It's not always the most intuitive and my team often has trouble fixing issues themselves. There is also pretty limited assistance availible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me develop a timeline and keep track of project progress. I also like that it can automatically send reminders to my team for upcoming items that are due.
Mistaken for a regular spreadsheet - Almost as powerful as coding without the complexity

It's functional design; Smartsheet's atomic handling gives a lot of room to maneuver when creating a data solution and the automation and app functions compliment it by making self-made solutions reactive and proactive. I love the way data can be navigated and transformed.
Also, access to the smartsheet community is a great plus, many creative solutions can be find there to get around "issues" and also better understand how Smartsheet is intended to be used.

What do you dislike about the product?
It does not have a "Share to X groups" and grouping section for contacts.
Documentation could be better and community suggestions could be watched closer and ack'ed by Smartsheet.
It's performance when loading can be quite long sometimes.
