What do you like best about the product?
I like the function of being able to group rows together under a specific heading. It makes it so much easier for my projects as well as visually aesthetic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit tough, as there are buttons that are not clear what their functions are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Smartsheet solves is being able to see all my tasks per project together in one space rather than having to go back and forth between sheets or locations.
Good tool to develop and follow up projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Smartsheet is flexible to create and organize tasks and processes. Also how it's able to asign tasks to other or attache documents. I use it almaosu every day to work with my team or myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I 'm feeling lost and I don't feel it's friendly when I switch from grid to gantt, timeline or board. When you recieve an e-mail from someone requiring any task the details are slightly confused when there are too many details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems related to define procesess and people involved. Smartsheet solves those related to define properly and follow-up tasks and gates assigining who is accountable.
Smartsheet the answer to working collaboratively
What do you like best about the product?
I love that several people can work within the sheet, you can easily share information and its great for data collection. Very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to set the size of a photo so incorrect sized ones cannot be submitted

allows a smoother simple way to colelct data from multiple souces at one time
Functional + Flexibility = Smartsheet
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to customise informaton and approach as to our business use needs. The flexibility that Smartsheet gives enables multi tier approach to projects, stakeholder monitoring and engagments. Great product and highly likely to be further developed as to adapt to our changing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Graphs could be better , more customization offer would be cool/good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stakeholer managment, process and flow overview and managment, information dissemenation and timely Program overviews.
Backbone Of Our Processes
What do you like best about the product?
We use Smartsheet daily for the tracking of fleet deliveries and build project management. It is relatively easy to setup and go from basic user to advanced user. The simplicity of workflows, and data flows, makes this an ideal tool for high volume, multitouch point tracking. The tool, with Data Shuttle is easy to implement and quickly makes you a data integration expert.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost, beyond the basic user accounts is prohibitive for a lot of businesses, but does provide a lot of value if used to the full extent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is solving high volume workflow with multiple touch points across multiple teams and various levels of expertise
Brilliant new tool that has helped within a different space of work!
What do you like best about the product?
I had never come across Smartsheet until I started with my current organisation. While at I first I tried to understand how I would adapt change management tools to fit within the structure of Smartsheet, it very quickly became apparent that it's flexiblity and structure provided a range of options to not only track but display information to myself and others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is it currently doesn't have a darkmode feature when using the web browser!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in the space of Change Management and this tool has helped with me collaborate with our business units when going through Change Impact Assessments or even within my team when my change analyst required to collaborate with me on our change plan including training and comms plans. We had a unified location to work on different projects which allowed us to maintain up to date information, have a single UI and be flexble enough to match that to a range of different projects.

Collaboration, interface simplicity, being able to link multiple file formats to one line

Lack of basic features for non subscribers

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that it is a live collaborative workspace with features that lets you interact with others and leave notes/comments for team members
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes it can be difficult for different or multiple users to edit or work on a smartsheet live. Some edits seem to override each other if working on a document simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to maintain HIPAA Confidentiality. It provides a workspace different teams can collaborate on. It has allowed us to make a schedule/calendat of our clinic space to organize and maximize our limited resources

You have to create multiple sheets to make it make sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping align every step of our process. Having multiple users make sure their part of the task is complete is crucial.
