Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration, interface simplicity, being able to link multiple file formats to one line

Lack of basic features for non subscribers

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that it is a live collaborative workspace with features that lets you interact with others and leave notes/comments for team members
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes it can be difficult for different or multiple users to edit or work on a smartsheet live. Some edits seem to override each other if working on a document simultaneously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to maintain HIPAA Confidentiality. It provides a workspace different teams can collaborate on. It has allowed us to make a schedule/calendat of our clinic space to organize and maximize our limited resources

You have to create multiple sheets to make it make sense.

Keeping align every step of our process. Having multiple users make sure their part of the task is complete is crucial.

Its intuitive interface and robust features allow for seamless collaboration and efficient workflow management.

We were using this to track overall project Features and also for UAT and QA Issue log with internal and external teams.
Smartsheet really works when you know how to get the best out of it. Don't forget the automation!

The automation in Smartsheet really helps you get updates, change cells, and do other mundane tasks seamlessly. It also helps you pull data from various sources easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations of 20,000 rows. I wish it was 60 or even 100k rows. It helps to not break sheets when you have a lot of data.

This don't support Vlookup fuction and some excel formulas not working

Smartsheet is my go-to organizational tool that is essential to my everyday job tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I dislike but I work in SS every day and have some suggestions for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure what changes SS has implemented over the past few years I've been using it. I don't invest time in training on new features. What it does for me now works well enough and with negative time in my schedule I don't see the need unless it was tailored to my actual sheets.
